I must express my opinion about the New Mail!Last week I used the services of the New Post office, I sent a parcel with goods. I was told that the parcel would be delivered on time, and for more than a week now I have not been able to receive it, the department says that it is on the way and cannot track it. It was written in the delivery declaration because the importance of the parcel was indicated there. Can you advise me, has anyone encountered a similar situation?
