This is the most terrible department in Chernivtsi that I visited a couple of days ago. There is no order, employees do not know how to communicate politely with each other, as well as with customers (while I was waiting). It took a long time to register 1 person, there were not many people (4 people), but I had to wait almost 20 minutes to pick up and arrange the shipment. And I also didn't like the way the operator talked to me (rudely). In general, the impression was bad, it's better to drive a little further to Kalinka, there are much nicer and polite people there.
