To pack the goods properly, I sent the iron and it was just thrown into a huge box and crumpled paper on the side, i.e. it was not safe from blows from all sides as it should be according to the rules of packaging and could break from blows.It's not very pleasant, I complained, the complaint was recorded almost two months have passed and there is still no answer
