There is a huge queue, I stood for almost 3 hours today. The rating is purely for the fact that the queue is very long. The staff there works well, but they can't handle so many people. Do something, people come to this point from all over Transnistria. In the photo, only up to the corner. The fourth part is all queues. People with health problems, both pregnant and with young children, who did not expect this. During the time I was standing in line, there were a lot of outrages that this happens very often, almost always. Please take action!!!

Awful. I stood in line outside for 2.5 hours just to find out which box my parcel was in. Since the pick-up point is located in a coffee shop, the barista also performs the duties of an employee of Novaya Poshta. Accordingly, the waiting time increases, because it is necessary to make coffee, and in the intervals between it, the leaflets are actually issued.
After you find out which box your parcel is in, you need to go to the dilapidated building where the parcel is supposed to be delivered, but the work is so unorganized that you have to stand behind the parcel for another 2-3 hours and it's not a fact that you will receive it today. And if you come the next day, then you need to start all over again, the database has been updated, parcels have been added, the box numbers have changed. It also infuriates me that the time when parcels were in the mail has changed, if earlier it was 2 weeks and it was possible to get everything in the queue, but recently it has been 5 days and the parcel is returned to the sender

When receiving a parcel, for some reason, they first ask you to sign up for receipt, and then they send it to be delivered somewhere on the 2nd floor, to some warehouse, the queue is constant throughout the day, 20-25 people. This is the representative office closest to Transnistria, everyone from the PMR goes to this particular representative office, if there is such a story, then something needs to be done about it, people need to be added, and the attitude is not human at all, they send zero responsibility in case of problems to call 022855969 this is central Chisinau.
