A cozy and beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast: eggs, sausages, cheeses, bread, porridge or scrambled eggs. There is a kitchen with free tea and coffee. There is a small library for those who like to read.
It is located across the street from the beach, near restaurants of local cuisine.
For dinner, the hotel offers local traditional dishes for a fee. The only disadvantage that cannot be affected in any way is the voltage dips in the power grid during the hours of maximum loads (it was hot).
We had a rest in early August - in general, we liked the hotel. It is even more like a guest house - the atmosphere is very family-friendly and cozy. The children feel comfortable, everyone is friendly. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Separately, I recommend trying dolma, which is prepared by the owner of the hotel - this is a wonderful dish according to a family recipe, I have never eaten tastier anywhere!
Among the disadvantages are monotonous breakfasts (but this seems to be in all hotels in the area), there is no beach of its own - the one opposite belongs to the Regnum hotel and there are problems with cleanliness. The rooms are not very well maintained, although they are cleaned regularly.
Nice family hotel. Breakfast is standard (eggs, porridge, vegetables, cheeses, sausages). Lunch and dinner can be ordered, and national dishes are offered. The location is very convenient. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, the city is 25-30 minutes on foot. You can take a bus in 5 minutes. Of the disadvantages, except that the "tired" furniture and cleaning on demand.
The hotel is located right next to the road, on a busy highway, where not only cars and trucks, but also regular buses run.
Such close proximity means round–the-clock noise in the rooms, dirt on the windows (they are not washed there, apparently they do not have time), exhaust fumes, if you decide, as we did, without assuming, to open the balcony.
There is an air conditioner, but it hung dangerously, riskily. By turning it on, it could blow out instantly, it is ill-conceived in the arrangement of rooms.
The curtains on the windows, although dense, do not cover the entire window, and at night they will not only rattle, honk, but also shine their headlights.
No matter how you paint the walls of the hotel, no matter how you design the decoration, no matter how you arrange musical evenings (it was stated in the description that they are once a week), no matter how you invite to master classes - you can't change the location, you can't turn the house 180 degrees around the axis to a la attractive rooms with direct or side sea views At least they looked at the backyard.
Among the disadvantages, I will also note a very weak water pressure, very weak wireless Internet and the absence of beaches near.
The opposite shore is a wild or long-abandoned place, it is very dirty and completely unsuitable for staying there.
I note that you need to cross that very road there somehow. The transition from the hotel is far away, but it does not save, we tried, drivers do not stop in front of a sign and a drawn zebra, this is generally the case everywhere in Azerbaijan, keep in mind.
Payment for accommodation is possible by bank card, this moment was specifically asked in advance, after receiving confirmation, however, upon arrival, the manager (or he is the owner) said that he did not have a cash register, the tax service withdrew it, either for 3 days, or then for 2 weeks, give us cash, what is the problem? An option was also offered to transfer to some kind of card (whose card it is, in which bank, in which currency it is unknown), this is completely crazy, so be careful.
The prices at the hotel are unreasonably high. It looks like an attempt to somehow patch up the financial holes of an empty enterprise.
On the facade of the hotel there is a banner “Satiir”, which means “I sell".
It is impossible to go there with a child or an elderly person, as we were, and indeed no one at all.
It's even a pity for the beautiful mansion and someone's efforts. Until they remove the road or put fences from it on 4 floors, until there are underground or aboveground crossings with such undisciplined drivers, until a real beach, sea and hotel are organized, they will not be useful to anyone.
We were a family in July.
Very stylish and cozy. Sincere, helpful staff. The pool in the courtyard is invaluable for waiting out the heat of the day. Beach - cross the road. A wonderful "veranda" on the roof. In case of a power outage, there is a generator.
A very pleasant and beautiful hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. The unique design of the rooms and the interior. Very close to the sea with a beautiful view and a beach. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good rest, home comfort and good mood is created.
Welcoming atmosphere, cordiality, attention. Delicious breakfast, everything at home with a view of the sea, proximity to the beach. If you want to relax your Soul, then this is exactly the place. The house is filled with kindness and creativity.
Very nice hotel, convenient location. Pleasant staff who will tell you which attractions should be given more time, how to get there better and just make your vacation better)
The rooms and the hotel itself are very beautiful, with a good interior. There is access to the roof with a wonderful view of the city and the sea)
A beautiful mini-hotel on the shore of the Caspian Sea. Very cozy, with thoughtful original design, fresh renovation. The hosts create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are always ready to help. This is a place where you want to come back.
