The immunologist assigned the child to take tests: BAC, hormones, vitamin d, basic immunogram. I started looking for a clinic where I could take everything at once at one time, since we ourselves are from Kostyukovichi and we do not do an immunogram test. And we planned to go to Mogilev on Friday (because there was an opportunity). And so, when searching for a clinic, they answered me in one that I needed to make an appointment in advance, in the other that they did not take all the tests (which we need) on that day. And fortunately (as I thought at the time), the Novamed clinic was found, where I was told that we could take all this on Friday and without an appointment. We went, handed over everything, and paid a considerable amount of money. It was March 29th. On March 31, the tests were already sent to my email. I began to look at it, and saw that not all the tests were delivered to me, there was no immunogram.I waited two more days, and on April 2 I called the clinic to find out the reason. I was told to wait a minute, then they replied that this analysis was being done within 4 working days, but it was allegedly already on departure and was about to arrive. I think well, I've been waiting for 4 days. It's already the fifth day- I'm calling again, and they tell me that these tests may be delayed in the laboratory, and maybe he'll come by the end of the working day today (it was Friday). And we have already been scheduled for a repeat appointment with an immunologist on Wednesday, April 10.We made an appointment in advance based on the expected day of readiness of the analysis. (Since it was already 8 business days after taking the analysis, and we were told that they were doing the analysis within 4 days). On Tuesday, April 9, I called the clinic again, where I was confirmed that this analysis was ready in 4 days. We arrived in Mogilev on Wednesday, and the first thing I did was immediately go to the clinic for an analysis. At the reception, they printed out the tests that I already had on hand, without an immunogram. When asked where this analysis is, they told me that this is all they have, and they made it look like - get away from us, what else do you need.How is it? How many days have passed since the test? Tell me where I can go to find out specifically? I couldn't control myself anymore. And here this woman from the receptionist began to call Minsk, where she was told that they would not take this test on Friday (and we just passed it on Friday), and they received a call from Minsk on the same day so that the patient (in this case, it is us) would resend the analysis. The call was received by some administrator Olga, who did not inform us, and moreover, they lied to me every time that the analysis was about to come. What they were waiting for, I cannot understand. Then they called the chief administrator (I don't know exactly who she is, her name is Irina Evgenyevna). She fully confirmed the guilt of Olga's administrator. We were offered to re-send the analysis, of course, for free, but we refused: firstly, the child was greatly shocked to learn that they would stab his hand again, and secondly, I no longer wanted to have anything to do with them.As a result, we received a refund in the amount of 149p. 19k.Of course, the analysis will still have to be taken again, but definitely not in this clinic.We visited the immunologist with only a part of the tests. It is very sad that the administrators of the clinic have such an unfair attitude towards visitors and their work. Bottom line: the child will have to be injected again, take as many as three blood tubes, and go to Mogilev two more times (to take the analysis, and then to the immunologist with the tests) . Fortunately, there are many other clinics, but now I will bypass Novamed. And now I know exactly what days the tests are taken. And they "workers" do not know the days of blood collection.
