When they came into my office, they didn't even ask me my last name and started telling me that I was late. For a moment, I had an appointment at 15:00, I was in the office at 14:45. When asked when the results would be, they said in a not very nice tone to clarify at the checkout. At the checkout, the girl said that after the weekend, it would be possible to pick up the cash register on the 1st or 4th floor.
I call on Monday and they tell me that I need to go to the doctor, explain what I was told on the day of delivery and put me on hold. After that, they say that the administrator will contact me. In Viber, they throw off a document that is not fully loaded and there is no response to my subsequent messages.
Today I took the results with a crooked table, without the doctor's signature and only with the seal of the center.

The sum of 91 rubles was named. As a result, I was given a ticket for the right day and the right time! On the day of the appointment, I arrived, the nurse politely invited me into the office. The doctor (Volchetskaya G.V.) clarified my data, and asked what problem I came with. When I said that I needed to take tests and showed on the form which ones, the doctor's intonation changed, she showed her displeasure with her whole appearance! With a very displeased look, she told me that she does not take tests, she only conducts an appointment, and in general I had to go to the Blue. And why I came to her in the first place. The whole conversation was with a very dissatisfied intonation. As a result, after a lot of indignation, I was invited to go to the chair for taking tests. It was not pleasant and incomprehensible to have such an attitude. As a result, I paid 105 rubles instead of 91 rubles!
