Good time of day. I want to leave a review about this hotel. We were at this hotel from November 30th to December 7th, 2024. They only took breakfast. We were satisfied, the food was delicious and varied. The room stock is of average fatigue, we only spent the night. Cleaning was done every day. They take you to two beaches, one at the former Rixes hotel had sun beds, umbrellas and to the city beach of Alkhan. I liked both beaches. The only disadvantage is the transfer back from 12 to 13 o'clock. We did not go back, we walked after 17:00 along the picturesque embankment, through the famous market "Locomotives" 3 km. The location of the hotel is in the center of the Emirate of Sharjah. Near the market, shops, cafes. Dinner for two cost 40-50 dirhams on average. We liked it!

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Sharjah.Staff for 5+There were only Russian speakers in the hotels. Free transfer to two beaches (Al Khan and Radisson), to choose from and to Dubai, they take you to Dubai 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) Upon check-in, they provided a two-room room with a kitchen for two. Were in October 2023. The hotel is three stars, but the service is very decent. Like it. The staff is friendly and attentive, it is clear that they are trying to please. The interior is clean and elegant. On the ground floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool.
In the room: two rooms + kitchen; in the room appliances: there is a refrigerator, electric kettle, LCD TV (three Russian-language channels), hairdryer, safe (no extra charge). At our request, an iron and ironing board were brought. Air conditioning in every room. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day (!) even regardless of whether it is necessary or not, plus daily replenishment of shampoos, soaps, shower gels. Coffee, tea, bottled water in the room for free upon arrival, then not replenished. Internet: free, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room is excellent, everything is loaded at a good speed. Hotel buses are taken to the beach from 8 am, several flights are made, they are taken back from 11:30 am. Beach towels are provided. They take you to two beaches to choose from: to the city beach of El Khan (well-groomed, clean, but umbrellas and sun beds for money) or to the beach at the Radisson hotel (umbrellas and sun beds are free, but the coast is worse, near the port).
Meals: buffet, breakfast from 7 to 10 am, lunch from 14 o'clock, dinner from 19 to 23 o'clock. You can not take everything (for example, only breakfast), but we paid for three meals a day. Beef, fish, turkey, chicken are served, there are soups for lunch. The kitchen is good, I liked it. Alcohol and pork are absent (Islam does not allow).

A great budget hotel! We have been there several times and still want to). The rooms are large, two suites, in the living room and in the bedroom. But the most important thing that makes the hotel great is the staff! Always be careful, they take you to the beach to the last person, and not like in the next one, you didn't have time - your problems. They always try to help. There is enough food and everything is delicious. If you do not take food, you can order room service for money, inexpensive and a normal portion. In general, I recommend it furiously))

For 3 stars it is very good! There are shops, markets, currency exchange in the LuLu market nearby. Room cleaning every day, polite and helpful staff.
There is a bus to Deira City on Mon-k, Wednesday, Friday. There are buses to the beaches too, although it's early: from 7 to 8 on Al Khan, on Radisson from 8 to 9h. You can do it a little later). The fish on Radisson Beach are not afraid of people, they swim underfoot, which pleases everyone, you can swim with a mask!
There is plenty of food, a little seafood is not enough and children have little choice.
The rooms are 2 rooms and there is a small kitchen, like a small apartment, you can't hear the neighbors. The noise of the conduits from the balconies interferes a little, but from the second night you get used to it. The beds are off, you sleep fine. There are no ropes to dry the laundry!!!

The hotel is perfectly located. The food is very decent. The room stock is quite consistent with the star rating of the hotel, everything suits us. The staff are just great, they try to solve the issue quickly at the first request. On the beach there are umbrellas, sun beds, sand. The bay is therefore practically free of waves. The hotel is well located. The rooms are not new, but in san.We will find out that repairs have been made. There are balconies, but they are technical, there are blocks from air conditioners, but there is a place for smokers to smoke)) I brought a rope and dried things on it, they dried faster than in the bathroom. The food is good. The choice is not great, but there is always something to choose. Meat, fish, chicken. By the way, dinners are tastier than lunches. There is a shuttle service to 2 beaches, Al Khan and Radisson(the hotel is currently under renovation, so the whole beach is occupied by Nova Park). Nearby hypermarkets are Lulu, Nesto, Mumtaz. The first 2 have exchangers. And you can buy ready-made food if you don't have everything on. There is a cafe on the corner of the hotel, you can eat there, tasty and not expensive. We ordered lunch a couple of times right at the hotel, you can dial directly from the room and they will bring it. In general, if I go again, this hotel will be among my favorites. Someone wrote that there is no pool, it is, on the ground floor, indoor, there is also a mini gym.

A good three, we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 a.m. we thought we would wait for check-in until 2 p.m., but we were immediately given a key to the room, where we went up and settled down, even rested for a couple of hours from the road. Upon check-out, we were also allowed to check in the room for free at 14:00, check-out was at 15:15.
We took breakfasts and dinners, and every time you enter for breakfast, they ask you, what would you choose for lunch or dinner today? There was always meat, fish and chicken, salad, vegetables... In general, it's not very tasty, but it's quite tasty, there's always been cream soup. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch is served by the waiters, but lunch seemed meager to me.
The bed in the room is cool, they are cleaned every day, there is a TV (there are also several Russian channels), there is a board and iron in the hallway, there is a refrigerator in the room.
There are supermarkets and cafes near the hotel, where you can buy meat, fish and groceries. I jokingly told my wife I should have brought an electric steak grill and fried fish and lamb steaks in the room.... there is a small kitchen-type room (refrigerator, kettle)
Everything was working in the room. room 722 is on the 7th floor, the only inconvenience is that prayer is held early in the morning in neighboring mosques and quite loudly, the windows do not save.
The hotel has good staff, they teach Russian, they are friendly. There is a pool on the ground floor, but we did not use it. There is Wi-Fi, we were given a password at the check-in and we constantly used it indefinitely, inside the hotel and at the tables at the entrance to the hotel.

A great hotel for the money we paid. We bought it 6 days before departure for 127 thousand for two with half board, Aeroflot flight and group transfer. We were at the hotel at 17 o'clock and immediately checked in, giving the password from the Wi-Fi. The room is nice, two rooms with a kitchen. One room has a bed, another with a sofa and a TV, and the third is a kitchen with a kitchen set, a kettle and a cup, and a bathroom with a shower. Everything is in good condition, the sofa is well upholstered, the bed linen is perfect-white. The towels are new and soft. The food is like with a standard city hotel, i.e. everything is made from semi-finished products and canned food, for breakfast there is always liquid yogurt, feta cheese or processed cheese, tropical fruit cocktail or canned peaches, muesli always, milk porridge always, scrambled eggs already made, sausages. Tea, instant coffee in a large container, ready-made, milk. For dinner, too, everything is constant, i.e. one caoan with dressing, lettuce, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, fillet of pollock fillet, which is made differently every day, chicken, also either fried or stewed and beef, rice, pasta, boiled broccoli and cauliflower. It's all the same every day, just cooked differently. For dessert, soudle and cupcakes. For dinner, tea, coffee and milk are the same as in the morning, you do not need to pay extra for anything, with half-board in the evening, all drinks are freely available. The staff is just great, the rooms are cleaned, this is really cleaning, everything is cleaned, I wipe and wash the floors, every day. We asked to clean up every other day, we hung a sign, if you remove the sign, then even in the evening the cleaner immediately comes and offers cleaning. They take us to the beach, we went to the beach of the closed Radisson hotel, a great beach, with wooden umbrellas and sun beds, a locker room and a toilet and, bay, there is no wind, there are no waves either. Everything is quiet and peaceful. The sand on the beach is very fine, white, soft, clean. On the last day we went to the city beach to take a taxi and leave earlier. There is nothing on it, everyone is lying on a towel, there are a lot of people, a sunbed and an umbrella, which does not give anything, you can buy. We stood for 2 hours in the sun and left, the sun is very hot, the umbrellas that are sold there do not save much from the sun. I didn't like it. They take you to the beach from 7.30 and somewhere until 9 a.m., they take you from 11.30 to 13 p.m., they take you to the city beach earlier, then to the Radisson, the hotel has two small buses and one bigger, so they go in the morning. Breakfast from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., dinner from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. I think it has written in detail and it will help many people choose a hotel. We liked everything.

A wonderful hotel for 3 stars. Convenient location, close to shops - Lilu grocery and exchanger , Day to day with inexpensive goods, markets. The room is large, consists of 2 rooms, a kitchenette. We liked the food. Conveniently, there is a transfer to Dubai and a separate beach from Radisson with sun beds. I definitely recommend it and hope to return.

The room is 2-room:a bedroom, a recreation room and a bed for the 3rd person (namely a bed with a full mattress) and a "kitchen", but there is only a sink and a kettle, there are no dishes. The closet is not small, but there is not much space for things. Normal breakfasts, it is possible to order a la carte in the room, prices are the same as in cafes on the street, but definitely without spices. Good location, close to shops, cafes, 20 minutes to the butterfly Park, 15 minutes to the embankment. There is a very early transfer to 2 beaches, transfer to Dubai. There is a local tour agency nearby. Despite the old furniture, the simple interior of the rooms, we liked it.

Only good things about this hotel. The room faced the city, the view was not bad. The cars did not interfere. The air conditioners are all working fine. The staff is friendly, everyone tries to speak Russian. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bed linen is changed three days later. Towels are provided daily. We took breakfast and dinner. From the useful: 1. it did not seem to be mentioned that when boarding buses (both to the city beach and to Dubai), you need to take a plastic card from the porter - it replaces the ticket on the way back so that the hares do not climb. Return it on arrival. 2. There are better beaches in Sharjah than those that are taken for free. You can expand your geography by taking a taxi. Taxi drivers do not break prices, everything is strictly on the counter. After Moscow, it's inexpensive :). Beautiful, long, with a promenade and playgrounds, the city's free beach is further from Radisson, it stretches almost to the border with Ajman. (It's close :)). 2. Who, when saying that the rooms have a kitchenette with a kettle, counted eating in the room - it is forbidden. Just tea. Therefore, there are only tea pairs from the dishes, not a single plate / fork. Some of the china drawers are even boarded up. No stove, no microwave.Eating outside is prohibited. Although the people are carrying something.. I think cookies for tea. We unknowingly brought pizza :)). 3. The pool is normal. Both we and the people actively used it in the afternoon, when they don't take us to the beaches. He 's not in the basement , and he 's not in the dark . There is light and music, the first floor, there is a shower, towels are provided, there are sun beds and benches, a polite employee is sitting, there is something to swim with (all sorts of foam things). So we didn't understand the negative reviews. 4. It seems that no one mentioned scales for suitcases. On the ground floor, near the stairs. They did not take excursions from the tour operator. Through the Aladdin travel agency (they are cheaper) or there is one near the hotel. The rooms are huge. There was always something to eat for tomorrow. No dinners were taken. He takes a bus to the beach, but sooo early to Al Khan (we like it better there, everything is clean, but paid umbrellas are 10dirh. and 30dirh deck chairs). We always took a taxi on the road (the main thing is to take the hotel's business card with you), about 15 dirhams in 1 direction. With children, of course, it's hard in this country. There are no territories near the hotels, the food is peculiar. There is a swimming pool, but we did not go. I recommend the hotel. Everything is nearby, the very center. And the embankment is also nearby.

Spacious, clean rooms, but not new, but everything is there, hairdryer, towels are changed every day, bed linen every three days, ironing board and iron, 2 air conditioners, safe! very friendly, not intrusive staff! any question is solved immediately! the cuisine is delicious, but the breakfasts are modest, but lunch/ dinner pleases (it could be changed), there was fish, chicken, beef or lamb every day, fruit-watermelon/ melon, one kind of cupcake and mousse for sweets, the choice is not great, but everything is delicious, considering that this is one of the budget 3* hotels, you need to understand where you're going and not wait for shrimp and lobsters! by the way, there is a market nearby, you can buy any seafood there, they will clean and cook it right away. what I took off the star for was organizing a transfer to the beach, there were not enough buses, and there were sooo many people (99% Russians in the hotel) and to get on the bus you need to storm it. They take you to 2 beaches: one is urban, clean white sand, driving was like fresh milk (returned today), but there is nowhere to hide from the sun, and the second is from a 5* hotel but not functioning, there are sun beds and umbrellas and palm trees, everyone calls it a "swamp", the bay is dirty. Towels are given to the beach. there is no deposit and no tax, the Internet was free for a week.

- breakfasts are not tasty, cucumbers and plastic tomatoes, cheese is incomprehensible, sausages are terrible.
The air conditioners make a lot of noise, the window cannot be opened at night. The noise is from the roads, but it's almost everywhere, there are a lot of roads there.
I didn't like the location, like a palm grove across the street, the canal embankment, there is a place to walk, but to cross this road, you need to bypass and cross a very wide roadway ... the hotel next to the grove has a completely different perception, quiet, green, next time we go there)))
The bus is full to the beach, the beach I didn't like the hotel, next to the port, it smells like diesel fuel.
We took a taxi to Mamzar beach, but it was a little expensive.

The hotel is a little tired, but with cosmetic repairs, the room is two-room, with a separate kitchen, for a family with two children, when the children slept separately, they brought an extra bed for the eldest, and the youngest fit on the sofa from the living room (a set of bedding was provided upon request). Upon arrival, they are treated with juice. The food is not very varied, but delicious. Lots of fresh watermelons and vegetables. Cleaning is daily. The Nova Park Hotel in Sharjah is a great place for an inexpensive and comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel, convenient location. The rooms are spacious, cleaning, change of linen and towels every day. The responsive staff solves any issue right away. Transfer to the sea from 7.00, when we arrived on 09.10.23 there were few buses, there was a queue for this, but the next day the issue was resolved and you can safely go to the beach. We had a rest in March from 17 to 24 2024. I liked the hotel. Transfer to two beaches, both are good in their own way. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. The food is good, the breakfast is hearty, but almost the same thing. The dinner is wonderful. Fish, chicken, beef, rice and potatoes for garnish. Vegetable salads. The desserts are modest, but delicious. Always fruits. I recommend you to visit.

They were in January 2024. We really liked it. The breakfasts are not very varied, but we were not hungry, sometimes we do not eat so much in the morning at home. Delicious coffee! Oatmeal daily. Very spacious room, just a dream! There is a separate bedroom and a separate living room with a soft sofa and armchair and a large TV with three Russian channels.
I really liked the transfer to the beaches and to Deira. Next time, just come here. If you need alcohol, stock up at home. Duty free on arrival is small, whiskey 40&. For beer only in neighboring Ajman, it won't be cheap.
