Briefly: I signed up for a haircut. I arrived half a city away. They said there was no master and there was no one to cut it, you can come another day. I waited 2 hours from the start of recording. They got a haircut.
You cannot count on this place and the fact that you will be accepted on time. I don't recommend it. Look for another place, it's better. ❗

1. I decided to come and get a haircut, as I had one positive experience before. A good, polite and careful master, who doesn't like it? A good attitude costs money, so I agreed to 32 rubles to wash my hair and make an even cut.
2. I called to make an appointment, they signed up on the same day. Good luck, I thought. The appointment is at 16.00.
3. I do not live nearby, but thanks to the positive experience I decided to go there too. The path consisted of: getting to the subway, taking the subway, and walking again.
4. I come earlier, I sat down to wait. Later, the administrator comes to me and informs me that there is no one to cut my hair, there is no master, because she has her own circumstances. I am shocked and confused, because I was recorded on a call somewhere at 12-13 and still have not learned that the master "will not work?". Should I have waited for the client when he would take the time to come and tell me in person? Eh, unfortunately, this is a bad idea.😕
5. I'm upset. I am offered to come another day! As if I have nothing else to do, go and check if they can get a haircut today or not. I inform you that this is not done, and that this is at least not what I expected. There is no point in making a scandal, I decided to wait for the problem to be solved. The girl at the reception did not show sympathy, just said, "alas, it is so."
6. The administrator was called. I've been sitting and waiting all this time. It's already well past 16.00. The administrator arrives. Says the same thing as the receptionist. Unfortunately for them, I work with people in product support myself, and believe me, I know how to adequately level the situation so that the person is even more loyal after. But this was different. I say again that "you signed me up, I came to you, you are not providing the promised service, what are you offering me? I don't have any other free time and I was counting on you."
7. I sat for another 20 minutes. I was offered coffee. Thank you. I asked for tea. They brought it with marshmallows, even though I don't eat sweets, it's still nice. At the same time, this did not save the situation much, since I had just been there for more than an hour.
8. They said that another master would arrive in another 30 minutes. They offered to wait in the room with the spa fish. Thank you. This is, of course, better, but the expectation and the need to demand the service for which they signed up was unpleasant and somewhat disgusting. Is it not clear that you are exposing yourself in a bad light and you should act immediately?
9. As a result, I waited for the master. I got a haircut. In the end, when paying, I was given a questionnaire to evaluate the service. Why?) I didn't see any regret for the incident in the women's eyes, they were just waiting for me to leave.
10. I filled it out and left. I did not hear that they would like me to return so that they could make a good impression on themselves. But, I wouldn't have come back anyway). There's too much competition right now to go to the same place where you and the record aren't taken seriously.👍

When choosing a master, her experience was important to me, 5 years were indicated on the site, in fact 1 year and she studied according to her words, "so, one girl".
