I was at Olga's master's complex coloring, I was satisfied with her work (she did everything clearly and quickly), and the result exceeded my expectations, the color is very beautiful. I want to share my delight at coloring with master Anastasia in this wonderful studio! I searched for a long time for a specialist who could make my hair color wishes come true, and finally I found him in Anastasia. I visited different artists in different studios, but only she was able to do exactly what I came with. The result exceeded all my expectations!
The studio itself makes a very pleasant impression: it is bright, with a beautiful and cozy interior. The receptionist was very polite and friendly, immediately offered drinks, which was also very pleasant.
I would like to mention the customer care separately: before visiting, they sent me a detailed video on how to get into the studio, and after coloring, they sent me personal recommendations on color care.
As a result, I got not only an amazing hair color, but also a lot of positive emotions from the visit. A nice price for such a wonderful job is another huge plus! I will definitely come back again!

To be honest, I haven't left the salon for a long time with complete satisfaction from the result!
The atmosphere is very warm, no fuss, everything is calm, cozy and to the point. The master immediately understood what I wanted, although this is still a problem with an asterisk.
The color is perfect. My hair is shiny.

There are no questions about the master's work - everything is at the highest level, good materials, professional service. I was satisfied with the color and quality of my hair. But the organization shocked me. I came to Minsk from another country for a few days, so the schedule was tight, and that's why I made an appointment at the salon in advance, at 12:30 to master Olga. The day before the visit, it was reported via Viber that the master was ill, and the visit was postponed to 16. OK. On the day of the visit, I received a message on Viber again (around 11) that the window was open for 13, I agreed, and at 13 o'clock I was already there. After waiting for 15 minutes, the receptionist informed me that the girl had come to her appointment after all, and no one would see me until 16. After saying "sorry" through my teeth, there was no suggestion to resolve the issue, smooth out the jamb (after two (sic!) time changes beyond my control), so I had to wander around the city for two hours, because I couldn't change my own plans. The most interesting thing is that I arrived at 16 and waited for another 30 minutes. After the service, they still didn't offer at least a complementary probe, which everyone except me received. I won't come back, I don't recommend it, do better (;

I'm not coming back here anymore.
It was specially recorded in advance (several weeks in advance) at a certain time. We confirm the meeting the day before, and then the fun begins. At around 22 (!) o'clock, I am informed that the master does not have time to finish by my appointed time with the first client (?) and I am asked to arrive an hour later. Unfortunately, I can't, because I already have plans for the evening, which I can't move. Ok, the administrator writes to me that in this case they will be waiting for me by the time I originally signed up for. The day of recording. A few hours before the visit, I was informed that the master I was assigned to had a fever and would not be able to receive me (are you serious?) therefore, they suggest rescheduling my appointment for the same time the next day and, as an apology, suggest doing a care procedure. Well, I think it's OK and I agree. As a result: the coloring is terrible, clear transition lines are visible (there is no mention of any air touch). Which, by the way, I only found out when I got home, because the styling was done in the salon, thanks to which this joint is not immediately visible. Well, as a bonus, the care procedure was not done. So now you have to go and redo the jambs of the employees of this salon. Oh, it's a pity, when I visited them earlier, I was absolutely delighted with the result.

I was given a certificate for this salon, I didn't know anything about it and didn't expect something "wow", but when I got to the procedure, I realized that it was still "WOW"
I really liked it, and everything from the quality of the procedure to the level of service. The girls are very friendly, the receptionist periodically offered hot drinks, I felt that I did not waste time on the procedure, but also rested almost like in a spa)
Special thanks to the master!! I had my hair dyed, and in the process I didn't have to guess what was going on, the master explained everything in detail, told me what products she was using, and gave me many useful care recommendations.

There was a complicated coloring. They did absolutely not do what was shown in the picture. The hair is yellow, overdried. The salon did the styling right away, of course I saw that this was not what I asked for, but it looked more or less normal in the styling, and I decided not to spoil the mood for myself or the master.And I certainly didn't look at the hair on top there. But when I looked at this coloring the next day on straight hair, I was shocked. From above, it generally looks like cheap highlights, and even straight clear yellow strands, as if there were some kind of stain on the side. I wrote about it, they told me that everything would be solved and the management would contact me, as a result, no one contacted me, the only thing was that the administrator offered free tinting in the correspondence, but it is clear that there is no desire to go there anymore and there is no trust either. As a result, ruined hair, nerves, and a lot of money thrown away, plus now you have to do toning until this nightmare grows back. Never set foot there again. Of course, the expectations from a salon of this level were completely different.

I've been to No drama 3 times already. Regardless of the master, the color is always good. A good one for me means there is no yellowness, the toning is as close to the sample as possible. The reception went wrong today, they wrote to me in advance about it and apologized a hundred times during the visit. Thanks to the masters, no questions.
I removed the 1 star, as the coffee machine and disposable dishes are broken.
