After five years of restoration work, Notre Dame Cathedral was reopened. It now looks almost airy and light from the inside. And the stained glass windows look brighter. This is a huge event for the French, and I understand them, because this cathedral is a symbol of France. Since the second half of the 14th century, it has pleased the eyes of Parisians and now, as new, it receives a huge number of tourists every day.
