Friends, I heartily recommend NOTO BAR - a very authentic place! The bar, the kitchen - everything is just top, the guys are all very nice and friendly! You will definitely not find a better bar, price = 1000% quality! If you want to relax, get high, chat, meet good people, then you are definitely here)) Thank you for putting your whole soul into this place! ❤️❤️❤️
