I came to do a notarized translation of the document. They gave me a piece of paper with a phone and said that this was the translator's number, I had to get through to her. I said that my phone calls don't work (it's true), in response they were rude to me and said, "what do I have to do with your phone not working?". That's the fact, but why be rude. I decided to go to another notary.

The office is a complete mess: 15 people crowd on 3 square meters, the customers themselves break into every door, as if into their own toilet, without asking and polite knocking.
