I visited this "notary". A boorish, absolutely incompetent, rural-type woman. He can't talk, he asks a lot of additional, irrelevant questions. He can't really explain anything, he gets confused about everything. I definitely do not recommend it. It feels like a person is not familiar with the practice of law at all.

A very incompetent notary. I do not advise you to contact, communicate not over the phone, not personally knows how, rude. I just want to "fix the crown with a shovel."
