У этому нотариусу ходили не единожды, всегда помощники были разные и очень плохо работающие. Сегодня очередной вундеркинд не смог найти нашу запись на время и документы. Сама нотариус вообще отказала в нотариальном действии. Хотя ранее документы были помощниками приняты и время назначено. Очень неприятно. Больше к ним не ногой.

Прежде, чем составлять в этом месте доверенность, необходимо САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО подготовить ВСЕ полномочия, так как сотрудники не могут определить задачи клиента. Мы сделали доверенность, делали в спешке на сделке, в итоге ее нельзя использовать в работе с объектом. Потраченное время, деньги и нервы.
В остальном все ок, сделка успешно прошла
