Хамство, неуважение, некомпетентность. Такое впечатление, что помощники нотариуса Лаптевой, считают себя самыми умными. На самом деле, не владеют даже минимумом знаний, что бы ответить на простейшие вопросы, а скорее всего не хотят. Чтобы сделать ксерокопию, надо идти на противоположную сторону улицы, в жизни не поверю, что в нотариальной конторе нет ксерокса. Пришлось туда обратиться, к сожалению, но больше ни ногой. Надеюсь, что в Электростали есть более грамотные и клиентоориентированные нотариусы
