For issuing a power of attorney for my son to receive a reissued pension bank card of his sick mother, I had to pay this notary 350 hryvnia(!!!).And the mother can't come for registration, because she doesn't walk well.So this greedy grabber should be called home for registration.They did not say how much it costs with departure.Probably another 100-150 hryvnia.!!! I've settled in well...What are such sums for? For a piece of paper with a seal and signature?
