I came early in the morning, for the opening, to make a notarized translation, gave all the necessary data. They told me to wait 20 minutes for the transfer, so I waited. When I returned for the result, they said that the system had broken down and I had to wait another hour. Of course, I do not know which system they broke down for the translation, but after 30 minutes the notary came and everything was done in a couple of minutes. I suspect that the alarm clock system broke down, since they actually started working by 10:30.
