But, in fact, I did not check the information whether it is even possible for third parties to obtain those same international rights by proxy. As a result, it is impossible and the money spent. And a pseudo translator who does not know how to translate documents from the Ukrainian language. Although the notary saw the passport, she assured that an interpreter would arrive now and do everything. As a result, I translated the passport from Ukrainian on my own, and the translator only from English, the translation was assured without problems (although it is also a huge question how so) and took full payment for the translation, which was done by half.
