Disgusting relationships and work.
I sent the documents in advance, but in fact she says that I can't come back today in two days.
Don't come here if you value your time.
In 15 minutes, a notarized translation of the passport was made to obtain an SSN. At the same time, they immediately made a copy of this document and a copy of the passport page with an entry stamp. 6,000 drams for everything. He came on Tuesday morning, at about 10:45, there were no other visitors.
A good notary office. A very pleasant team, a professional approach and, most importantly, everything is done quickly, without delay. Convenient location, no queue and there is a place to Park. I advise everyone.
I sent the documents in advance and arrived at the designated time. As a result, I waited two hours, and in the end the price came out twice as high as originally announced on the phone. I strongly advise you to avoid this office.
On the one hand, nice people work, everything is very polite and constructive.
On the other hand, prices are very high. It is literally twice as expensive as the average in the city, and it is not clear at all how this is justified. According to the deadlines, approximately, as everywhere else, they promised to do it on Tuesday-Wednesday, in fact it was ready on Friday.
There are no special queues - in principle, a plus, but it is clear what follows.
Perhaps my experience will not be relevant for everyone, but still it is possible to assess the professional qualities of a notary.
I applied for a power of attorney to take the child abroad, and since the power of attorney is for Israel, I attached an Israeli passport, but I also had a Russian one with me. The notary's assistants listened attentively, said that a translation of passports would be required and now they will clarify everything. By the way, the assistants are very nice girls, I would give them five stars. Then I was called to the notary, who began to tell me very irritably that this passport was not real and what it was in general, where it indicated what kind of document it was. I said here, it says "passport" and "state of Israel". To which they replied, why is it not written on it that it is a foreign passport. I pointed to a page with the following text: "The Minister of the Interior of the State of Israel hereby requests all those who may be concerned to allow the bearer of this passport to pass freely without let or hindrance and to provide him with such assistance and protection as may be necessary." How else to confirm that this document is a passport - I have no idea. The lady said that it was not clear at all what, who to skip and where to skip was not indicated. And also that there is no stamp of Armenia on entry, so it is impossible to confirm my identity using this passport (what?!). With the words "well, now we'll see everything," she got into Google. She opened a Wikipedia page and began to read out "an Israeli passport is an international document ... issued to an Israeli citizen ...". Clicking, she said, "Okay, it looks like it's a passport."
Perhaps she was confused by the fact that the passport opens from the other side (the direction of the letter in Hebrew is from right to left). In this case, I would advise using the notary's loyal friends - Google and Wikipedia - not in front of the client.
I understand that knowing what an Israeli passport looks like is not necessary at all for a notary, or for anyone other than those personally interested) But to communicate politely, without rudeness and assaults and not to get annoyed because of your own ignorance are very obligatory qualities. I could not assess how a notary performs his direct duties, namely, issues a power of attorney, because under the impression of the manner of communication and reading the Wikipedia page, I ran to look for another notary.
A good notary, all the documents were processed quickly and inexpensively, although I always came to close, they never refused in this regard. It was necessary to translate and certify the documents - all the documents were then accepted by the relevant authorities. 🙌❤️
I thought I would become a regular customer, the first experience was good.
I recently arrived for the second time, they said that they would not have time "today" and I need to come after the weekend on Wednesday. I think, okay, I clarified whether it is possible to send all the documents in advance by e-mail so that they are processed immediately in the right way. Clarified the template, etc.
On Wednesday, I arrived at the designated time, as a result, it turns out that another template was needed, and half an hour later they inform me that they will not have time to make a power of attorney for me today, and that I need to come in 2 more days. It is very unpleasant, ugly and unprofessional. The desire to make an urgent power of attorney turned into an offer to wait a week in total. He went to look for another notary.
I hurried to them running, I was near the entrance to the office at 17:45. It says on the door - we work from 10 to 18:30. But already at 17:45 they are closed, no one takes the phone.
For this, I ran through the heat pregnant in the city.
It's an outrage
Excellent employees. I did the power of attorney and the translation of the document from Armenian into English with the assurance.
Mir cards are accepted for payment of notary services. Translation as technical work is paid separately in cash.
I was completely satisfied with the notary's work. I think it's expensive, but it's high-quality and fast.

A normal notary, but I didn't like that when I gave the documents, they told me to come the next day at one time, but then they called and asked to postpone the reception time. Well, OK, there was an opportunity, but when I came, I stood for another hour waiting in line and 15 minutes of the actual action with the documents. Why then record people to come to how many there is unclear.
But I note that the employees themselves are pleasant and even helped to print a couple of files while waiting in line.
Card payment is partially available. Document transfers in cash only
The only place where they'll tell you everything over the phone. We stayed longer than scheduled because I needed an urgent power of attorney. Inside there is a terminal for paying for everything and everything.
Great, there was a queue of 2-3 people in front of me, but after 45 minutes they transferred my passport, very polite communication and excellent work speed, thank you!
There was no delay, everything was done (4 certified passport transfers) quickly and not expensive. Less a bunch of photocopies of all the documents did not take the money at all

They promise to do everything on the phone, we coordinate the template, you agree on a certain time, you arrive and there the horse was not lying around, they do it for 2 hours, and then they give it out with a bunch of errors. Some of the money is asked to pay in cash or on a card and they took 1000 drams more than they stated at first, not critical, but very strange
