As a result, we managed to find an adequate, Russian-speaking notary there at the machine bazaar who explained everything and took up my case. Unfortunately, it is not in Yandex maps, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
We came to issue documents to a Notary, in a rough form, the notary made claims about the fact that we brought some of the documents in electronic media. There is no printout at all within a radius of km. The secretary sent us to knock on closed doors. Apart from everything else, the notary himself was 16 minutes late. The reception started at 9:16, although the schedule indicates the start time from 9:00. Service is at zero, communication with customers is at the lowest level.
They do everything quickly, although it probably also depends on which friends work there). But the notary himself is literate, does almost everything himself, is not lazy.
