We came 10 minutes before lunch, there was no one but the assistant, we waited 1.5 hours until 14:30, instead of the prescribed hour, and after that they also say the program does not work, are you kidding, waited 1.5 hours to hear that the program does not work?! Why didn't the assistant tell you right before lunch that the program wasn't working? And also, do not eat food while working with clients, you have already been absent for 1.5 hours at lunch, so eat there!
