I was making a power of attorney for myself. It was done in 1 day. I gave it back in the morning and took it away the next day at lunch. Fast, convenient to get to (5 minutes walk from the metro), courteous staff.
This is the best place for me. Yes, they work with the document a little longer than the promised time, but they can also be understood, there are always a lot of requests and queues. They worked through every request that other bureaus did not take up. The prices are a bit high, but it's not critical. Very bad and very expensive. Don't believe me if they say it will be ready quickly. For 2 weeks, the reception was postponed every day, and on the day when they called to pick up the documents, it turned out that nothing had been done and you were sitting in line for 5 hours (without air conditioning), you had to urgently take time off at work.
"Wait another 10 minutes," they said for 5 hours. Why it was necessary to set a time then is unclear.
I've spent a lot of time at this office, but I've never seen anyone go to the notary...
They work great, they speak Russian wonderfully, you can leave your documents in advance and pick them up when you are ready!

The most disgusting service I have encountered in Armenia. They took a deposit, promised to call back, despite the fact that the service was needed urgently, of course they did not call back. I had to call myself 3 times to get the case off the ground. As a result, they somehow said that it would be ready at 5 on the third day, I specified 10 times what time it was better to arrive so as not to wait, because I am with a child. As a result, I still sat for 2 hours waiting in a stuffy, shabby office with a child, although I arrived at a pre-arranged time. Moreover, to give me my passport transfer (for which, among other services, I also paid) No one was going to do it without my reminder, and I had to wait for that too. Bestial attitude and very slow service sorry "from under the boot".
They do not comply with the agreement. They make commitments, and then look for them. I do not recommend leaving a deposit. If they set a time, come later (or better yet, don't come), they won't do it on time anyway.
A power of attorney with a minimum of preparation and my rather complicated wording was made during the working week. Secretary Sarah was very helpful with the registration and was always in touch, answered questions very politely and kindly. Thank her very much. I recommend this notary office!
I highly do not recommend this notary office. I needed a general power of attorney, with a translation into Russian. Initially, the price was called about 30,000 drams, when I arrived, the price had already increased to 40,000. They told me to arrive by 15:00 the next day, I arrived and sat for almost 2 hours, at the same time they called me and added a power of attorney. I asked for a price list with prices, they did not provide it, said I did not need such services, they asked me to pay for the transfer, the transfer cost 31,000. It is impossible to pay with a card, the terminal does not work... Go around this place and take care of your nerves.

An urgent power of attorney was perfectly done. Very friendly people, we were in a hurry because we had to leave. The workers were delayed by 40+ minutes on Saturday because of us.
