The most terrible office of all. Don't ever come here! I came to write a simple power of attorney for my father, a notary, a woman, assured me that I needed to change the original that I brought, I agreed, the power of attorney was certainly not accepted in the Russian Federation, because she is an absolutely incompetent specialist and behaves extremely unprofessionally. Don't come here under any circumstances. I spent a total of 16 hours of my life, 14 thousand drams, and got absolutely nothing in the end. They did not want to return the money, they did not want to make corrections under some incomprehensible and constantly changing pretexts. The worst notary in Yerevan.

On April 10, 2023, he was translating a foreign passport into Armenian. We did 1h15m, and later the transfer was accepted at the passport office for PSN. The entrance is needed where it will be written in Russian notary. There are also negative reviews, but I had an exceptionally positive experience. I think it's enough to be polite and that's it. Photocopies of the transfer and passport can be made on site + a note of arrival. These copies will be required in the future to obtain help. Good luck to everyone!
