If you want to be charged more money, feel free to go to her, she does not explain anything, and as it turned out later, after filing a complaint and explanation from the methodologist of this office, she took almost twice as much commission and gave extra pieces of paper. Tip: re-read the legislation as much as possible, because this notary apparently does not own it.

I arrived without an appointment, explained the situation, found a window, waited a little and was accepted without an appointment. They explained everything politely and culturally, gave a receipt for payment and made a power of attorney. We were satisfied)
