I recently contacted notary Ashurko Elena Vladimirovna, and I want to express my gratitude for the high professionalism and attentiveness. The paperwork was done quickly and without unnecessary difficulties. Elena Vladimirovna explained all the nuances, carefully checked the papers and answered all my questions. It feels like she really cares about her clients and her job.
The office is located in a convenient location, the service process is comfortable, and Elena Vladimirovna herself is a very competent and pleasant person to communicate with. I recommend contacting her for any notarial services.
Unfortunately, visiting this notary office brought disappointment and wasted time. We contacted the notary by appointment for the procedure of sending two identical notification letters to the co-owners of the property with an offer to purchase. Notary Solid N.V. was extremely incorrect in the preliminary conversation (if the authorities of this institution are interested, it is quite possible to view / listen to recordings from the office) and decided to send one of the letters instead of two. And the second, as I understand it, we had to send it somewhere else just because the "notary" wanted to? It's disrespectful of someone else's time, at least. Of course, we refused the services and processed the documents at another notary office on the same day. I highly do not recommend this particular "specialist", whose competence is questionable.
Tatiana Podleska had them, and she needed a general power of attorney. I explained everything about the points of the review, clarified and was as attentive as possible. Thank you, you helped a lot, despite the fact that records are everywhere for almost a month in advance, we were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
I issued 2 documents from T.S. Podleska (head). The person was late by appointment, they invited me so that he would not wait. Everything is fast and clear, to the point and with comments on the legislation. Additionally, I received advice on other issues. I recommend. The main thing is to ask the right questions and you will get the right answers.
Very responsive staff, delved into the problem, helped, explained and prepared the necessary documents, accepted before closing. Many thanks to the staff and staff!
Everything is cool, of course. There is a toilet and water. But what is waiting for 3 hours anyway? There were 8 people in the queue in front of us for 2 offices. Then these "2 offices" turned into 1. There are employees in other offices, they allegedly do not accept. But this did not prevent them from accepting 3 people after us in the queue (out of kindness, employees). And all because people draw up 1 document each, and we do 3. It's all very strange. I strongly do not recommend it.
P.S. As a result, the whole visit took 4.5 hours. A nightmare.

She clarified which ones, suggested which documents would be needed for this, offered time, wrote it down, clarified if there were any more questions, I asked about another document, my question was kindly answered, and also marked in the record.
Thank you very much for the good attitude! It is not often in a government organization that you can have a pleasant conversation with a person on an issue of interest, especially so politely. You are an example of an organization being interested in a customer.

It was necessary to urgently certify the signature for the application for marriage registration (one of us could not be present at the filing). We called this notary office in the morning (at ~9:00), we were informed that we would be able to certify the signature, there is a live queue.
After waiting in line for 1.5 hours, we learned that we and other clients in the queue would not be able to be accepted, because the notary is busy processing other documents, and the first-come, first-served appointment ends at 13:30 (it was 12:43 on the clock), although it was indicated on the stands of the organization that the first-come, first-served 17:00. Is it worth saying that we took time off from work to go for an assurance? 🙃
The consultant approached the head of the office so that she could certify the signature. The head refused, arguing that it contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, the two of us were in the office, and we had passports in our hands. How the application for marriage contradicts the law is still unclear to us. (One of us is a lawyer)
We send greetings to the young man who said in the morning that we would be able to certify the signature, and "thank you" for half a wasted working day.
I haven't seen such a slow service in a long time. Natarius wastes time trying to explain the difference between a house fraction and a body. Although she was told in Russian that we live in house / 5, not the building. Re-reads the document five times. I understand that accuracy is important, but it has already reached the point of insanity.

The office sucks, there are not enough employees, they get confused in the preliminary records. Perhaps they will understand that their status and well-being depends on the clients, but for now I cannot estimate the NUMBER, I cannot put more at this stage of the development of this organization.
