I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the notary office No. 1 of Pervomaisky district (113 Nezavisimosti Avenue) and personally to notary Maskevich Elena Vladimirovna for high-quality and prompt service. I applied without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon, and it took her only 45 minutes to complete a package of three documents.
For comparison, in the notary office No. 2 of the Moskovsky district (on Yesenin Street) they refused to issue one document, citing lack of time, although I arrived an hour before the end of the working day. I was offered to come another day. And when contacting by phone on Saturday with a request to issue a package of three documents, they said that the waiting time could be a whole day.
In the notary office No. 1 of Pervomaisky district, I met a friendly and friendly attitude, as well as high-quality work of notaries. Thank you for your professional work.
