We were moving from Belarus to Russia.
Positive :
1) promptly inform about the cost
2) Large volume of cargo transportation
3) movers on loading and unloading (with a change of shoes)
4) we had a force majeure event - due to the cancellation of the flight, we were at the address 8 hours later than agreed. Nevertheless, they waited for us and we got our things.
5) 1200km distance, delivered the next day.
6) Always in touch
I found one disadvantage - I don't really know the prices, it seemed a bit expensive by 15% of what I expected. But anyway, it was worth it.
