I decided to cut off all my burnt hair, and for a long time I tuned in for a short haircut, since the shape of the skull is such that a standard short haircut will not suit me, I told the master my wishes and fears and he embodied everything even better than I imagined.

Good afternoon to all, I want to share my experience of contacting this salon. I applied twice, the first time I had the temerity to sign up before NG, and in advance. The result: the recording was canceled 15 minutes before the appointed time, without offering any alternative. Time has passed, I watch Storis Nursula as she works, builds her business, etc., I think okay, maybe we have established a service. I signed up, I received a confirmation by mail, on the day of the recording I called myself, and ... the administrator told me that my record did not exist at all. I wrote to Nursultan in Yandex. Direct, this correspondence surprised me at all. Nursulu wrote to me that there was a recording, but they forgot to cancel it because the master I was signed up for asked off, she was getting married (I probably should have been less offended by the fact that the reason was weighty), well, and the duty "we apologize." That's all. And again, THERE is NO alternative. That's the service, to be honest, I'm a little crazy, there's no other way to say it, working with a client is off the scale. I wrote to her about it, and only after that she replied that the administrator would contact me, as if I had asked her for it. Naturally, there was no question of any re-recording. I have never written reviews, either negative or positive, but here, to be honest, they were outraged, and not the administrator (she somehow tried to solve the situation), but the position of Nursultan.
