I visited the salon in order to consult with master Alexander.
Purpose: to learn about the possibility of the total blonde procedure.
I came to the salon, the consultation began during, but from the first seconds after meeting Alexander loudly to the whole salon (this is open space) I was amazed "Are you going to dye this hair in total blonde?" By the way, I have a short haircut of dark hair, on which dark paint remains (you need to wash it off), shoulder-length hair. I was surprised, I was very confused by this, because I did not plan to attract the attention of everyone inside to myself. She asked what was wrong, to which Alexander replied that his hair was very long. I had an experience when I did total blonde, having shoulder-length hair, to this example, Alexander replied to me, "It's a pity the time of the master." Apparently, according to Alexander, total blonde is made only with a haircut for a boy. I regret that I did not leave the consultation at that moment, but continued to attend it, because when Alexander saw that there was paint left on my hair, he was once again loudly (I repeat, for the entire salon - open space) amazed how I came with such hair to such a request, because I still had paint. Then Alexander started telling me that I needed to do a rinse, I would not find a rinse anywhere in Serbia, and I would just have to cut my hair.
Now I've made myself a total blonde, with a wash, but in a different salon, but the point is not even in the wash.
In his Instagram, Alexander positions himself as a Blonde Expert, when meeting as an expert, he did not behave at all from the word. There are no questions about the inability to do this or that procedure, the question is about the attitude of the master. If Alexander had met me politely, he would have said that unfortunately the procedure could not be done in this salon, since they do not have a flush, then I would not have left with a spoiled impression, and probably would have returned to other services. But after such an attitude, not a foot on any service.
