I don't know who wrote about the friendly staff there - you go into the studio, no one says hello first, everyone is sitting with rotten and arrogant faces. There is a reception desk, but there is no one behind it, because there is no single administrator to whom you can call and make an appointment, despite the fact that the salon has existed for a long time. Ilona's "master" treats his nails disgustingly, to the point that they are all inflamed and festering. Walking with such red, peeling nails for at least a whole month is a pleasure, knowing that a lot of money has been paid for it. Oh, yes, no one returned the money🤷🏼♀️ I will keep silent about the fact that a master with 8 years of experience does not know how to make an elementary design. The hostess herself, Elena Gorbunova, does not know how to communicate with clients at all, such people should not approach and work in the service sector at all. The only one who can be recommended is podologist Svetlana, who knows what she is doing. And so, I do not recommend this office at all, feel free to avoid it.
