We had a rest in Nobi in August 2023. I really liked the fresh renovation in the rooms, cleanliness and the attitude of the owners. Soft beds, excellent bathroom, refrigerator, cable, air conditioning. The sea is nearby, good, inexpensive cafes are within walking distance. Silence in the guest house. The surrounding area is small, but for my wife and me it is more of a plus than a minus. No drunken parties, songs until morning, etc. That's what we were going for. There is a railway nearby, but trains are rare and it didn't bother us at all. So for those who are going to take a break from the noise, information garbage, fuss - I strongly recommend it! We were in Abkhazia for the first time and the impressions are just wonderful! Well, we wish the owners of "Nobi" to live and prosper!

We visited the Nobi Hotel in Abkhazia and were very pleased with our stay there. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with any question.
We also liked the location of the hotel - it is located in a quiet place, but at the same time close to the sea, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the Nobi Hotel and recommend it to all travelers who want to spend time in comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality!

We rested with my daughter for 4 nights, I can't say that I'm thrilled. If you check into this guest house, you must bring bath towels with you, as they are provided only for hands and feet on site, it is problematic to wipe yourself completely. Wi-fi catches only on the floors, or even did not catch at all, the TV did not work immediately, and that the most important minus was that there was no cleaning of the room for 4 days, on the 3rd day they brought and changed towels, gave a garbage bag and toilet paper, but there was no cleaning and she took out the garbage herself. Of the advantages, they settled in at 9 o'clock and did not take payment for early check-in, they were allowed to use the washing machine for a fee, of course. I completely forgot, there is no elevator, and we lived on the 4th floor😭

We've been here 5 out of 10 days.
All the reviews described below are true.
Positive: good location, Wi-Fi, modern renovation, cleanliness, clean bathroom, minimal equipment (refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV is available but it is difficult to watch it, constant interruptions). There is a lot of parking space to park your car, it is very convenient.
Cons: the first thing we see is separate beds, it's very inconvenient for couples, you constantly fall into this hole between the beds. On the third day, my wife and I began to lose our backs, it was impossible to sleep on such beds. They brought their own air mattress and lay down on the floor. They lasted 2 more days like that.
I would also like to note the constant noise from passing trains, especially with the window open (it feels like living at the station).
On the 5th day, it was decided that such a rest was not needed. Realizing that no one will return the money for the 5 remaining days, because These are our problems, they just informed us that we were leaving, the hosts were not very upset, but the hostess said about our review of the beds, their guests, on the contrary, praise them. (We did not argue with this, we have our own experience).
I will also note about the trash can that is near the house, nothing pleasant.
Make your own conclusion, and we have made our own. In general, 5 days of rest was enough for us, and we went home, since no money is worth such a rest.
My wife and I are non-confrontational people, we appreciate comfort and service. Therefore, we did not demand or prove anything.

A cool guest house. Everything is clean and new. The hosts are friendly. There is a separate shared kitchen indoors on the street. Parking space in front of the house. Nearby and down the street to the beach there are souvenirs, pharmacies, canteens, fast food, shops. Everything you need to eat is nearby.

We had a rest in August 2023. The rooms are nice, clean, newly renovated. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, split system, TV. The owners are very nice people. Attentive, kind. The sea, the cafe, the embankment are all nearby. Next time we'll go to Nobi again. I recommend.

Great! Definitely ready to visit! Everything is clean, tidy, the owners are wonderful people. But there is a PROBLEM: the beds are separate, just pushed together, although they promised a whole one. And the mattresses on them are very soft, not suitable for everyone. Lights and water are often turned off, but this is a typical problem in this area.

We had a rest with our daughter from July 28 to July 30 at the Nobi guest house. The owner of the house met us from the Gagra railway station, helped us carry a suitcase, put us in a comfortable car and in 7 minutes we were there. The hostess Anna met us, showed us everything, told us and settled us in a room on the 4th floor. The room is 3-bed, the renovation is excellent, the bathroom is gorgeous (there is a hairdryer),Mini fridge,TV,kettle,cups,air conditioning. Mountain view!!! It takes 10 minutes to walk to the embankment at a calm pace, and 20 minutes to the Ferris wheel. Next to the guest house you can take a guided tour, there is a fair of things, a grocery store. I am very happy, I liked everything, if I come to Abkhazia, then only to you!

A small guest house, the rooms are cozy and spacious in size. We lived in a triple room on the third floor, overlooking the mountains

1. Excellent location. The embankment in the Novaya Gagra area is 5-7 minutes away, cafes, canteens, shops, a transport stop, everything is nearby.
2. Silence. Maybe we were so lucky - we couldn't hear the neighbors at all. There is no noisy highway under the window, birds are singing.
3. Good mattresses (soft) and pillows, high-quality bed linen
4. Excellent hosts. They are polite and welcoming.
5. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning in the room
6. There is a small kitchen, you can cook
7. Good water pressure
From the nuances.
1. It is very difficult to find for those who are for the first time. Landmarks: a traffic light and turn right on it for those who are traveling from Mount Athos, and left for those who are traveling from Russia. Then up a couple of meters and behind the store building to the right. And there is a parking lot near the trash. You will see a gray gate - this is Nobi. For those who are on foot, there is a passage to the left of the cafe gazebo, go to the end and the guest house on the right.
2. The railway under the window. Trains can be heard and seen very well in the rooms with mountain views. But given the fact that they rarely go to Abkhazia, this did not bother us.
3. There are no large towels, they give out 2 small ones, more precisely, one small and one medium.
4. From hygiene products, only liquid soap in the bathroom, so take shower gel and shampoos with you.
5. Room cleaning on request. We lived for 3 nights, during which time the garbage was not taken out, towels were not changed, etc. But at the request, everything can be done.
6. There is no mirror in the floor in the room, only a small one in the bathroom
7. The hotel does not have its own generator - this means that there will be no water and light when they turn off in Abkhazia (and this is a common phenomenon here). Always have a supply of water in the room if you arrive for a long time

I travel a lot and travel for work in Russia and abroad, but this is the first time I have encountered such a boorish attitude from the owners. The photos of the guest house correspond to reality, but are taken from very favorable angles. In the description you will not find any mention that there is a huge trash can in front of the entrance on one side, and an unfinished building on the other. There is really no territory, and there is also a little bit of a pretty yard. There are only 4 cheap plastic hangers in the room for three (I can't imagine how to store things here, if you come for at least a week, we practically didn't take anything out of our suitcases), there is no full-length mirror. There are only 2 bedside tables and 1 chair for 3 beds. I started talking to the neighbors - it turns out that we were lucky, we had a table! There was no such luxury in the other rooms.
And the most critical thing for me at sea is a 1 meter wide clothes dryer with only one for 3 rooms. Our neighbors were constantly washing and drying something, so there was practically no room for us. To my reasonable question to the owners, where to dry 3 swimsuits and 3 towels, the hostess and her mother gave me advice in a rather rude form:
1. Quarrel with neighbors and take away their clothespins
2. Dry things on other floors (keep in mind, if you dry things on the 3rd floor, the wind blows away cement from the unfinished building, light things will be in a gray dot)
3. Dry in a closed room with 2 dryers, where nothing dries, because the split is turned on at 17 degrees all the time.
I had to dry the bedding in the common corridor, they left stains on the paint of the walls. The owner shouted, "You've ruined my walls." Of course, I offered to paint them, but for some reason they did not give me the paint)))
The mother of the hostess, who performs the function of a maid (only a function, as evidenced by the annual dust on the lamps and behind the bedside tables) allowed herself to shout to the whole yard that I was not accepted in any hotel, only they (poor things!) they sheltered me and that I'm so angry because I don't have a man))) My husband, who was not traveling, was shocked by what he had told me.
The only advantage of this guest house is its location. Indeed, it is located in the very center, within walking distance of a cafe, a beach and an embankment 200 meters away, grocery stores, a railway station, a Colonnade and a Gagripsh restaurant 10 minutes by taxi.

We ordered an individual transfer from Gagra to the train station. One car was supposed to take you to the border, and another car was supposed to take you after the border. They asked for an advance payment, transferred it at 16:00, confirmed and gave information on drivers only at 22:00. The driver generally unsubscribed at night. In the morning, the driver was 10 minutes late. But no one was waiting for us on the other side, the driver did not answer the phone, did not respond to SMS. The organizers of this miracle transportation also did not get in touch.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND these guys, they only need money, they are not interested in the rest.
Order a taxi to the border, it costs 800 rubles. And in Russia, Uber and all the benefits of CIVILIZED people are already there.
We just threw money away.
