A cozy, clean hotel, there is an excellent swimming pool with access to the sea nearby. Hearty and delicious breakfasts.
But I would like to say a special thank you to the owner of the hotel - a very cheerful and kind person. The atmosphere at the hotel was exceptionally friendly. The host created a space in which the guests felt at home. He took care of all our needs, going beyond his responsibilities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the owner was constantly serving cocktails. It is also worth noting the owner's excellent sense of humor.
In general, check into this hotel - you will definitely not regret it.

We are very pleased with the choice of the hotel. It is located in a good location. Close to the park and beaches. We walk to the "center". The owner of the hotel not only fulfills, but anticipates our desires. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very hearty and delicious.

The hotel is located a couple of kilometers from the marina and the so-called central part of the island can hardly be called an inconvenience. A public minibus will take you almost to the hotel from the center. You can also walk - the ascents and descents along the way are not very steep. The advantages of the location can definitely be attributed - silence, proximity to the wooded part of the island, where you can take a great walk or ride a bike - there are enough routes for a couple of days, located a hundred meters from the hotel, an inexpensive, but quite clean, quiet equipped beach.
The hotel itself has no more than a dozen rooms. The rooms are not very large - most of the area is occupied by a double bed. At the same time, there is air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe and a pair of bedside tables. Outside, each room has a table with a couple of chairs.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. And this is really a very large and delicious breakfast with omelette, sausage, jam, honey, a set of local cheeses, fresh vegetables and fruits. Coffee, tea, and bottled drinking water are available for free at any time of the day without restrictions. Almost every day, the owner treated us to homemade lemonade and a plate of fruits - cherries, oranges, apples.
To the owner, his name is Ozgur, I would like to say a special big thank you for the excellent service and constant, but not intrusive attention. In particular, for a room with a sea view, to which we were moved after its release, although we paid for basic accommodation. For advice - in which places on the island you can eat tasty and inexpensive fish or meat dishes, as well as where to buy decent wine. The owner of the hotel also owns a range of electric bicycles. We mostly traveled around the island on foot, but if you wish, you can use two-wheeled transport.
In general, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and are ready to recommend this hotel.

It is not the most luxurious and not the biggest, but we have not been given such a warm welcome anywhere. It's like you've come to visit your own uncle and aunt.
Yes, it is small and all the rooms are very compact, but if you really look at it, and you don't need more. The furniture is all clean and even worthy of five-star hotels. Linen towels - everything is as it should be.
And you will not be offered a room to choose from anywhere, and even more so when a room with a beautiful view is available, you will not be offered to move into it, simply because you are so good. And here they will offer, you are the one who is expected here.
But the very heart of this hotel is its owner. Such a warm and sympathetic person still needs to be looked for. Every day he made it clear that it was you who were special, that it was he who was waiting for you.
He will tell us how to get there, where to go, it was he who suggested non-tourist cafes to us. And it's so nice. It was he who inspired us to travel to the Heybeliada and Burgazada.
Breakfast may not have been a buffet, but it was healthy and we had enough to eat and even feed countless cats.
And coffee, tea with lemon and mint, a bottle of cold water - it was all sincere.
Perhaps someone will say that the hotel is far from the center, but it is located on the most beautiful street. And all the most beautiful mansions are located here. In general, we had no problems getting to the center.

Отдыхала с 7 по 12 мая/23г. Почему отель называется бутик, не поняла..
Для 1* вполне себе достойно, но цена по российским меркам оху ..я ---5-300 руб .а с 15 мая и больше 6тр. Но, видимо за островное нахождение.Комнатка крохотная 6м примерно. Самое ужасное это всё оборудование в душе старое ,кафель был покрыт черной плесенью, одеяло при моем заселении было с грязным вонючим пододеяльники. В отеле экономят на дешёвых салфетках в ресторане/ столовой - дают по 2 штуки!!!!.приходится просить ещё . Купила свои позже... Туалетная бумага тоже только один рулон и опять просить .Обслуживает видимо, семья, которая в гостиничном бизнесе ни бум- бум.... Вообще ни о чём...Но что попросишь исполняют подобострастно,как бы извиняясь. На завтраке еды много и разной.Только обжорам не хватает, наверное...
Короче...одна звезда и того много.

Хороший бюджетный отельчик.
Номера маленькие, но чистые. Завтрак разнообразный. Вечером угощают фруктами и травяным чаем. Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный.

Небольшой отель. Персонал приветливый. Номера очень маленькие. Завтраки однообразные и очень маленькие порции. Перед дорогой особо не наешься. Сам отель находится в 20 минутах от пристани. После 20:00 на улицах народу нет, только одни кошки бегают, которых в бьюкаде очень и очень много. Данный отель не советую на длинные заселения, максимум одна ночь.

Никому не рекомендую.
Во-первых грязно, во-вторых дорого, в третьих абсолютно не вкусно..

Были в отеле с 19 на 20 сентября. Найти очень легко, просто идите по основному кругу, можно доехать и на упряжи лошадей, но лошади есть настолько больные и загнанные, что их очень жалко и страшно, что помрут при тебе. Мы с удовольствием прогулялись, осматривая интересные домики и виллы. Мы брали номер с ужином и завтраком, что в условиях Бююкады оказалось очень оправданным. Готовят хорошо, на ужин второе блюдо на выбор (мясо, курица, рыба) с салатом и закусками, очень много. Завтрак без выбора, но очень разнообразный, от омлета до мёда. Очень уютный отель с небольшими, но чистыми комнатами, порадовало наличие террасы, на которой можно и завтракать и обедать и ужинать, чем мы и воспользовались. Персонал приветливый, все просьбы исполняют и во всем идут навстречу. Часам к 19 шумиха стихает и вы остаетесь наедине с природой в тишине и покое, сидя на террасе за чашешкой\ бокалом чего-нибудь и наслаждаясь видом на Мраморное море, непередаваемое ощущение после толчаи Стамбула. Есть русскоговорящая служащая, к своему стыду не спросили как её зовут, а когда выезжали, не застали её. По-моему Елена. Спасибо ей огромное отдельно, все рассказала и перевела слова хозяина. Приедем ещё раз обязательно и именно сюда, оно того стоит...
