The store is great! Reasonable prices and courteous staff! They helped me choose a yarn color similar to the one I needed and ordered the yarn color that I needed and that they didn't have at the moment. After closing Nitti.by - Thread is now my favorite yarn store)

Who put this salesman here?She asked if yarn was available , and with such a face she received an answer as if she had asked for money from the cash register. She suggested that I go "over there" and choose another one. "Over there" meant to go to the end of the thread, where nothing is visible and not clear. I asked to see it , the seller stood up with a clatter and rudely began to offer me completely different threads that I had not asked for!!! I wanted to escape from this store faster.
