I want to share our good news. We bought ourselves a new car, the Gili Atlas FX11. And we bought it at the Avtonov dealership in Gomel, at 32 Khataevtcha. First of all, we hardly had to wait for our car. They called literally for tomorrow and a week later we came to pick up the car. Our consultant was Andrey Kozlov. Until the day of purchase, he was constantly in touch with us by phone and informed us of everything that interested us. He talked in detail about the new product and helped us study a new intelligent machine for us. On the day of purchase, we were pleasantly surprised by the good and expensive bonuses from the company. Andrey Andreevich, senior sales officer, also helped in this. We got the slats with a bump, a tow bar and a full set of rubber mats, as well as a lot of nice little things. I would like to express my gratitude to the guys and girls for their efforts to respect us as customers. We wish them to grow taller, smile as before, help people make choices and receive decent feedback.
We hope that during the passage of THAT, and there will be 11 of them, we will not change our opinion about this car dealership and its employees.
Very disappointed in the service!
The TO-2 was held at the official Geely dealership of Avtonova LLC in Gomel. The service took just over one hour, although 2.3 hours were indicated in the order order. And I paid for 2.3 hours! After checking the oil level a few days later, it was found that it was at a significantly higher level than it should be, and the oil was DARK in color. The service offered me a version that, in their opinion, it was me or a third party who topped up the oil. It's absurd, because they were serviced by an authorized dealer. As a result, they offered to buy new oil at a discount.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service. No explanation was given about the causes of the oil spill. In fact, the service does not meet the standards, and I expected a different approach from an authorized dealer.
I consider this position unacceptable. I had a routine maintenance at an authorized dealer and was counting on qualified service that meets the standards of the Geely brand.
I do not recommend it!
I came for a test drive, everything was shown and told, and this is a plus. They are not shy about prices (-), so I bought a car I liked in Minsk, believe me, with equal conditions, prices there are significantly lower. I recommend that you monitor the market before making a decision, no matter what you are offered...
