One of the advantages is a good location, green, well-groomed territory. The main restaurant - the dishes are monotonous, a lot of dirty tables, the waiters lazily wander and do not serve. I liked Fellini's restaurant. A la carte restaurants - for unknown reasons, you can't get into Italian (they don't record it yet, then there is no record and it doesn't matter what time you try to sign up), Turkish is not bad, but not all dishes were brought due to the large load, Paella restaurant is not bad, the choice is limited. There are problems with towels on the beach, the waiters do not serve, the pier is peeling. Online assistants - in general, this is more information about the hotel, they do not solve problems. In the lobby bar, they are constantly trying to pour something that is not original. The hotel is not interested in feedback. Therefore, 5 can be placed only outside the territory, otherwise 3 - the main problem is the lack of service.
No service (If you don't tip, you wait a long time or they won't serve you at all. If the girl is in the bar, then you are at the end of the queue, men are served first. In order for hygiene items to be brought to the room, it is necessary to give the cleaner $ 100 a day for tips (for the bar and in the room then cleaning will be normal) cook immediately otherwise you will "beg" the territory is well-groomed!!! We chose between several hotels in the 21st year at the end of September, according to the budget and other data, nirvana remained without competitors. The main restaurant has excellent food, I read the omelet here is not the same for them))) . The coffee shop has simply gorgeous desserts, the staff is good, everything works clearly, but remember that no one should lick you, treat the staff respectfully and you will be happy.By the way, the steakhouse was also pleased if last year the steaks were like rubber, then this one just melted in your mouth. The territory is 5+, and the sea, what kind of claims can there be against it))
If you are determined to rest, do not spoil it for yourself by inflating them with various little things. Or excessive expectations, because they are purely yours.

In this hotel, you can spend a long time trying to find something to find fault with. As a result, I can only mention the cool pools ;). We've been to many places, but only here it's like in Nirvana. Thank you to the creators and all the staff - you're great fellows. We've been there twice and hopefully we'll come back.
I think I was the only one who had my room cleaned properly.
This is possible due to the fact that you do not leave tips, so in all hotels in Turkey there is no tip, exactly poor cleaning

Our best hotel vacation in Turkey. Despite the fact that the hotel is now 100% full, as we were told, you don't feel it at all. A competent territory , many locations . And a separate item is food. In the summer of 2020, due to covid-19, they decided to go from Russia to Turkey via the Republic of Belarus, since everything else was essentially closed (Turkey was opened from Russia only in August), and to make sure everything was good, they chose a more expensive hotel - Nirvana.
I'll start with the bad stuff. I must say right away, we are not some kind of brawlers who have everything wrong everywhere, I probably can't even remember where in the last 15 years we didn't like something. So, room service - forget about it, it's not here (in a 5+ star hotel, this turns out to be possible in 2020, although judging by earlier reviews, covid has nothing to do with it). If I'm not mistaken, the linen is changed once a week, the floor is also washed. The room service can simply go in, change the laundry, and leave the garbage to another shift. In my opinion, the corridors and stairs are not washed at all, by the end of the vacation, the slippers almost stuck to the floor, apparently some slop was spilled, which could not be removed with a broom. Although it is strange, there is all the necessary special equipment for this. I'm not talking about cleaning the bathroom at all. And this is despite the tips left. That is, the cleaner / housekeeper comes into the room, sees the tip, takes it, if the mood is good, then shakes the sand from the laundry, and decides to end his mission. I have not seen this even in two-star hotels in Europe or three-star hotels in Asia, where swans were made from towels almost to the ceiling for 1-2 dollars in tips. And here, let me remind you, 5*+ with a luxury prefix!
You bet on a nap do not disturb, only everyone falls asleep, cleaners break into your room. It is unclear for whom the red button is lit and what it is for at all.
Once we ordered food in the room, so the tray then stood at the entrance for almost three (!!!) twenty-four hours, stinking up the entire five-star staircase. Moreover, the staff personally asked him to take it away, wrote to their WhatsApp hotline - no one cares.
If your arrival is early, then you will not be checked in before 14:00, even though the hotel is half empty.
When checking in, I asked to bring an extra blanket, they brought it only at night after the fifth (!) an aggressive reminder, almost obscenely.
The minibar is replenished according to some incomprehensible algorithm.
Regarding the room, there was a standard with an extra bed for a child. Well, the number is like a number, 3-4 * at most, but not 5+. For the money they took (about 350 euros/day) there should be antiques on the walls, not two mirrors with an LCD TV, and Kolya Baskov should deliver cookies by numbers and bedtime stories to children to read together with Oksana Fedorova.
If you are going to standard rooms, then do not look at the photos of VIP sunbeds and bathrooms with Jacuzzi, it costs from 700 euros / day. Maybe all the forces of the helpless staff were thrown at cleaning these rooms, although this does not make it easier, saving on everything.
A la carte restaurants, because of covid, more than half do not work, the remaining ones are almost all paid, and those that are free, you need to book in them almost flying out of the house, some kind of nonsense.
It's useless to call the reception, no one is interested in solving the problem the first time, just where to switch and score.
Now about the good stuff. There is more good to be said here than bad. A very large and well-maintained gated area of the hotel, with pine trees, ficus trees, flowers, aloe, lighting and other beauties. The gardener is paid a salary for a reason)
The restaurant is very good, even the mask mode did not spoil the impression of it. On certain days, they cook crayfish, shrimp, sushi, trout fillets, and so on. Desserts, fruits, salads, grilled dishes - all this is also at its best. I would like to shake the chef's hand.
Two water parks and a huge number of pools.
A beach with rocks, with loose sand. The water is very warm, if it is not stormy, it is transparent. However, due to the fact that they wash the sand during the day (although they could do it at night), the water near the shore is muddy and it is difficult to enter without kicking off the stones, so they always came from pontoons. There are no more free sunbeds after 8:00. Paid sun beds with promotional photos with white sheets and pillows cost 50 euros/day.
The spa area has three communal saunas, an excellent gym, in my opinion there is even an indoor pool.
A very good mini disco for children in the evening, although the animation is generally very stripped down. Either because of covid, or because of the economy of the hotel owners.
Imported alcohol, cocktails, refrigerators with beer are freely available, drink as much as you want. You can also take unlimited water/lemonades/nuts/chips/beer on the beach/cocktails. In the morning, you can even drink champagne)
In general, the impression remained strange. Everything seems to be beautiful, but if you dig deeper ... We had been to other lower-star hotels in Turkey before, but there was no such mess with the staff, and the rooms were not fundamentally different, but they cost almost three times cheaper. The rest of the money spent is definitely not worth it, we expected to receive a different level of service. In terms of price/quality ratio, this is the worst hotel in my memory. I hope the hotel management will take over the head, otherwise with such a rating on the booking, it will be possible to close or change the name / profile. Although I am writing this review not for the management of the hotel, but rather for compatriots who have not yet had time to decide on the choice of a hotel. A little closer to Kemer, there are hotels of similar stardom but with more stable service. I would go here again - I think yes, if they gave me a promo code for 50% of the standard cost, it definitely shouldn't cost more with the service, as it was in the summer of 2020.

Attempts to solve on the spot (well, you know, Russians they always try to inflate, settle worse, which, by the way, has already got where Rostourism is looking!!!), did not lead to anything, Coral also participated sluggishly .... In short, they give you food....
Today we stopped at the hotel, arrived early in the morning, at 14:00 the room was not ready, we checked in only at 15:30.now the time is about 17:00 luggage has not yet been brought to the room, respectively, neither to change clothes, nor to put things out, nor to prepare clothes for dinner, we do not observe any personal assistant, there is no reception phone, respectively. They settled over the restaurant air conditioners, the request for relocation was refused, the mood was spoiled.
This is paradise. For children and adults. You can talk for a long time about the huge green area, about a large water park with various Slides, about a children's area in which you can leave children at least for the whole day. In the children's area, which is fenced and there is only one entrance and exit, there is a children's restaurant and a children's water park and various slides, rockers and toys. The number of places to eat is simply huge. These are restaurants and cafes, and separately coffee and ice cream (and very high quality), there is even a 24-hour restaurant where we regularly ate with the children. Including late at night. The coastal area is long. There is an entrance and there are stones and sand to choose from. Entertainment is new every evening. If you come for two weeks, then no performance will be repeated. The food is good, the staff speaks Russian well, and there are some who don't. But there are no problems with understanding. Only pleasant memories remain from the rest. I want to come back again. But prices are too high in the season.

The room does not match (mold, dirt, hair), the food is monotonous (the omelette is not cooked for breakfast in front of you) . The area is great, the beach is great, 3 piers, one with music.
