They didn't offer drinks, never! At the same time, it must be remembered that the hotel positions itself as a luxury hotel. Do not clean the dirty dishes while you are sitting at the table. The waiters just ignore you as a guest and walk around with unhappy faces. Fresh fruits - there are only carrots, apples, cucumbers and tomatoes for breakfast. The woman on the juices is very rude, with a sour face always, unpleasant. For those who do not drink, keep in mind that the concept of the hotel does not include non-alcoholic beer, it may not be and this is the norm. In general, the staff is unfriendly throughout the hotel, they try to pay as little attention to you as possible and really walk with sour faces. They treat only non-Russian speakers well, of whom 20% of all guests
We rested at the hotel from 12.10.2024 to 23.10.2024 . It's my first time at the hotel. In general, I liked the hotel, clean sea, convenient access, clean territory, lots of pines, shrubs. The food is of high quality, no one has ever been poisoned during the entire vacation, not a single pill has been drunk. They cook delicious, for breakfast, lunch and dinner there are always red fish slices, lots of delicious pastries, cheeses, dried fruits, herbs, vegetables in huge quantities, meat, sausages, fried cheese, and both. You'll get tired of enumerating. High-quality alcohol, many varieties of beer 6-7 in bottles, Bologna, bex, efes, Miller, draft beer of several types, absolut vodka, Hennessy cognac, Martel, brandy, egermeister and that. Convenient location of all necessary services, bar, restaurant, gym, coffee, fried noodles, fried shrimp, shop, kids club., barrel, volleyball with a good playground made of white quartz sand. A very good animation team. But there are a couple of big disadvantages. 1. Small tennis (table tennis) there are three tables on the street, one with a shelter. Tables in poor condition require replacement of all 3 tables with new ones. There are a lot of people who want to play and people come with their rackets and are disappointed. We have just returned from a wonderful vacation at the Nirvana Hotel. My husband and I are delighted with the hotel: beautiful, sophisticated, without loud Turkish animation entertainment. The main magic is the hotel at the foot of the mountains and by the sea - a green, blue, bright, beautiful fascinating place. Sometimes it seems that Turkey is not at all, the hotel is very comfortable: elegant rooms (a pleasant surprise was the Nesoresso coffee machine and daily replenished capsules and Loxitan perfumes), many restaurants and a wonderful pastry shop. The buffet has not surprised anyone for a long time-and this time everything is quite decent.- this is not the main advantage of this hotel. A wonderful Thursday dinner with oysters and seafood. Absolutely unobtrusive staff, who are almost invisible, but their help is always prompt. The hotel has a system of personal assistants: all questions and requests that arise are quickly resolved in a personal chat. Very competent zonal distribution inside the hotel: entertainment areas, food, children's areas, rooms for living with pets., vip villas. Beautiful lobby area of the main building: at the entrance there is a huge bouquet of lilies surrounded by glasses and buckets of sparkling wine. For connoisseurs of good alcohol, the hotel is a real gift.

A magnificent hotel where everything is fine. Amazing territory, various restaurants, a magnificent spa. The food is ordinary: there are a lot of things, but monotonous. A'la Carte restaurants are normal, but getting into them is still an idea with unknown people, even if you have a reserve for the date and time, since the assistant corrupted trips to them, or rather to popular restaurants.
In general, I want to return. Only a different start is needed, so that it would not be annoying for the staff to freeze off. The owner of the hotel worked perfectly, but the staff fails. And not the Turks.
Nice hotel. Beautiful and well maintained territory. The food is delicious. The sea is gorgeous, the mountains are nearby. There's nothing to add here. On the cons: 1) animators are relaxing, begging for food from vacationers (this is the first time I've seen this),

We live here now. The hotel as a whole is very good, attentive staff, gorgeous grounds, amazing children's animation. In the evening, various shows are held in the amphitheater. There are many alyakarts on the territory. The main restaurant has a large selection of dishes. No one will stay hungry for sure. I like the fact that food is behind glass. 👍
As for the rooms, I recommend booking cedar houses, they are more private than standard rooms. We had an error/misunderstanding during the booking, and now we live in a standard room-very noisy. A small child cannot sleep at all during the day, wakes up from the noise of the staff who walk with carts. I asked a couple of times to be quieter, but unfortunately they never heard me, the noise insulation in the room is average-the neighbors can be heard perfectly, just as if we live with them) We haven't managed to sleep in silence for two days yet (we'll rest for another week, let's see how next, if I update something based on the result of the checkout.

The hotel makes a generally positive impression, but not without drawbacks.
But about everything in order. Let's start with the undoubted advantages, of which there are a lot:
1. The location of the hotel. The hotel is located in the village of Beldibi, the nearest resort town to Antalya in the Kemer area. The territory of the hotel is located approximately in the middle of the village, which is approximately 2.5-3 kilometers in both directions. There are many small shopping malls and small shops outside the hotel, but most of them are quite far away.
The Kemer-Antalya bus runs past the hotel on the way. It goes quite often, but it takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest stop (in any direction), probably, but bus drivers stop on demand almost anywhere. So getting to Kemer, Goynuk and Antalya from the hotel is not difficult even using public transport.
2. The territory. A large, well-maintained, green area. The hotel is built in a pine forest. Moreover, it was built in the forest, inscribed into the existing landscape, and not trees planted in an already built hotel, as sometimes happens. To the team of gardeners and gardeners - great respect, as they say. Of course, you can find fault with the fact that there are not enough flowering plants on the territory (in all other hotels of a similar or similar level that you have visited, there are much more flowers), but this is a matter of taste.
3. The housing stock is different, ranging from single-storey wooden(!) bungalows, which personally appeals to me very much, to 2-3-storey buildings. I.e. there is no crowding of the population here and you can only guess that hundreds of people are resting in the hotel during lunch at the main restaurant or on the beach, and the territory itself looks completely sparsely populated.
We lived in a room at Cedar House Fores View (these are just single-storey bungalows). The number is clearly not new, it looks like it is definitely 10 years old, but everything is neat, it works properly and it looks like it is maintained in good condition. All the furniture in the room is also made of wood.
They clean well and daily, linen and towels are changed regularly, and in general I had no complaints about the staff serving the rooms.
4. Nutrition. I won't say that the variety of dishes is amazing, I've been to hotels with a large assortment, but everything is cooked superbly. Seafood is constantly present in one form or another and not only on Thursdays (many hotels in Turkey sin against this). Meat eaters, fish lovers, and even vegans will be satisfied. There is no shortage of a variety of fruits, nor of cooking methods (steamed, over an open fire, etc.), nor of drinks.
In addition to the main restaurant, there are a large number of a-la carte restaurants (I did not count, but subjectively not much less than a dozen, probably), where you need to pre-register. During the 12 days of rest, 4 of them were visited. The quality of the food and service is beyond praise. You can find fault, except that the menu is too plentiful. If you choose one dish from each category on the menu, then there is a risk of simply not eating everything you ordered.
Meals are available on site around the clock, so even if you arrive at the hotel at 2 a.m., you will not be hungry.
5. The sea and the beach. I won't say that the beach is very big, but if you come here before 9-9.30 in the morning, then there are always free sun beds. The beach is very clean, it is cleaned not only in the evening, but also several times during the day.
With the sun beds on the pier, the situation is worse: especially cunning tourists occupy them here at 5-30...6-00 in the morning and safely go to bed almost before noon. Sadly, the hotel administration does not fight this in any way, and a tiny advertisement printed in small print, asking not to occupy the sun beds in advance, is so inconspicuous that I noticed it only on the penultimate day of my stay at the hotel.
I myself do not always prefer to relax on the beach, not on the piers, but here is another matter: proximity to Antalya, alas, affects the purity of the sea. When it is calm, the water is very transparent and seems clean, but once a wave rises, the entire surf zone is covered with foam or, rather, a film consisting of very small pieces of plastic, which, apparently, in the absence of waves, simply settle to the bottom and are not visible.
Frankly speaking, after what I saw, it was just not pleasant for me to enter the sea from the shore, I went to the pier and there I went down into the sea bypassing the surf zone.
It is clear that the cleanliness of the sea is not the fault or merit of the hotel specifically, it is, alas, an inevitable consequence of the neighborhood with a city of three million.
6. Water parks. There are two of them on the territory of the hotel: an adult and a child, so fans of this kind of entertainment will not be bored either.
7. For the first time I came across the system of personal assistants practiced in the hotel, who, through WhatsApp, phone call or personal appeal, help solve any problems of the guest: book a table in a restaurant, order a taxi, solve problems with the room, etc. Well, what can I say... I liked it!
8. I would like to mention the staff separately: extremely polite, helpful (but not intrusive) and always ready to help. Almost all the staff speaks Russian to one degree or another, and many speak it without an accent at all. However, according to my subjective impressions, the contingent of vacationers is also 70-80 percent Russian-speaking.
Under the "curtain" of our stay, we also had our room extended for 2 hours. It is free, although according to the price list it costs 20 euros per hour. It's a trifle, but it's nice!
Now about the disadvantages, which are not many, but for someone, like for me, some may be significant.
1. Like many hotels, this one has its own mobile application, which, as I believed (and as I have already got used to), saves a lot of time and makes life easier for the guest. Alas, this is not the case. In fact, this application only duplicates the hotel's website. There are no familiar opportunities, for example, to book a table in a restaurant for the right date and time by looking at available places and dates/times available for booking. There are no actual restaurant menus here either (and, let me remind you, there are quite a few of them here), and for some there are none at all. The usefulness of such an application is highly questionable. It feels like they wrote it just to make it happen. Well, like, "others have it, but what's worse for us"?
I understand that the same personal assistant can book a restaurant at my request, but this does not replace the possibilities provided by a normal application in which I can instantly see the available dates and times of visiting any restaurant and choose the appropriate one without lengthy correspondence and coordination of dates/times.
In general, we believe that the hotel simply does not have an application.
2. For the first time I came across a hotel of such a high category, which has such monotonous evening show programs. No, the programs, as far as I could understand during my 12 days here, are practically not repeated from week to week, as is customary in many other hotels, but they are all of the same type, representing a dance show with more or less acrobatic numbers. Moreover, the quality of the dance part of these shows does not even pull to the level of backup dancing of our pop performers, and hardly anyone will watch a pure backup dance for 30-40 minutes. It's corny boring, and "diluting" this action with acrobatic numbers (which often have nothing to do with the idea and theme of the show) works only 2-3 times, all further similar performances are simply not interesting to watch.
3. Music shows held almost every evening in the concert area at 22-30 are generally something. It feels like the local sound engineer (or whoever they have in charge of the repertoire and/or equipment setup) has serious hearing problems. No, not with a musical one (he just doesn't have one, it immediately became clear), but just with hearing. I personally can't explain anything else, why raise the low frequencies and turn the volume up to a level when even in the back rows the ears are stuck? People came to listen to music, and as a result, any composition of any genre turns into a "boom boom" that shakes everything around and inside a person. These figures even managed to turn jazz compositions, where the bottoms should generally be very delicate, into a ridiculous semblance of rock.
A side effect of such amateur activity is the eerie nightly "boom boom", audible throughout the entire hotel (and neighboring ones, too, I think). The trick is that the vast majority of vacationers come here with children of primary school and preschool age (in any case, at the time of our presence there were clearly more than 50% of them) and before midnight it is not just not to sleep, but even simply not to be able to stay quietly in the room, this is at least a big problem for both children and parents. The bottom line is that many rooms (all bungalows for sure) have old and very noisy air conditioners. If you want to fall asleep in silence until midnight, you will not succeed: either opening the balcony / terrace and "enjoy" the monotonous "boom-boom", or fall asleep to the roar of the air conditioner with the same, but somewhat muffled "boom-boom" as a secondary background.
The saddest thing is that instead of funny children's songs, such a banging was heard every day and from children's discos in the children's club, next to which we lived.
In general, I did not expect to find this in a 5* hotel, positioning itself as a luxury hotel and promising that (quote) "You will be surrounded by luxurious service in an atmosphere of peace" (end quote).
I have never seen such a thing even in 4* hotels that are 2-3 times cheaper.
4. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 7-00. I want to clarify (no one will inform you about this in advance) that by this time the main restaurant is opening, but the full staff arrives at work at this very restaurant only at 8-00. No, you can have breakfast even when you arrive at 7 a.m., but: there will be practically no waiters in the restaurant and you will have to bring drinks yourself; there will be no freshly squeezed vegetable juices; there will be at most a third of the required number of employees at the distribution, and therefore the waiting time when you are given your chosen dish or ingredient will be increased.
5. I was unpleasantly surprised by the almost complete absence of the opportunity to drink normal freshly ground coffee in the hotel. The dominance of "Nespresso" with its tablets/capsules is all around. When such a coffee machine is in the room, this is normal, but when in a luxury hotel restaurant, and even in Turkey, a country with which good coffee is associated like no other... I don't understand this for the life of me.
The situation is aggravated during breakfast (see paragraph 4), when you have to pour coffee yourself in such a vending machine: both vending machines in the common room work somehow, all the time giving a message that they need service. If you want a cappuccino, he will pour you one milk foam with water. If you choose a large espresso cup, you will pour half a small one, etc. During the 12 days of my stay here, there was not a single (!) day when these devices worked completely properly. In addition to this, tablets with normal coffee were laid out on the strength of every third day, and the rest of the time they lay only with different exotic flavors.
And at first I wondered why there are always queues at the Starbucks kiosk? It turned out that this is the only place where you can drink normal coffee beans...
In general, the hotel left a pretty good impression, although, in my opinion, it is not worth the money it takes
I liked the hotel, but it's not premium, as they position themselves, but a good 5. The interior is tired and restrained, the rooms are spacious and very simple. The mini bar is replenished regularly, but there is trouble with cleaning, they clean poorly, they can put 2 towels for 5 people, and one day after cleaning, my sister's T-shirt disappeared. But thanks to the assistant girls, Diana and Diana beat us, towels were brought, a T-shirt was found in the laundry and for the inconvenience provided to us, they gave us a compliment from the hotel, a day of rest in a cabana and presented us with a handmade chocolate box. Thanks a lot to our personal assistants! The food in the hotel is of high quality and delicious, but not as much choice as in other hotels. There are many good Ala maps where you can have lunch, but it is almost impossible to sign up for dinner. Alcohol is imported, a large selection, cocktails at the pool bar are the best. The lobby bar is terrible in every sense, at 7 a.m. they even refuse to make you coffee. The territory is large, well-groomed, lots of greenery and flowers. The evening shows are interesting, but every day they are of the same type, there is not enough variety. We rested in the second half of October, the weather and the sea are warm, sometimes there was a strong wind, it is not possible to be near the sea. There are few pools and they are small and shallow, a great water park.
If the hotel is renovated and you work with the staff in terms of cleaning, it will be great!
The best hotel! I am delighted with the food and the green territory ! The territory is so green that it feels like a bud in the forest . You can go to the hotel with pets. The sea is good . Once in the most beautiful paradise, we were greeted by the good-natured and smiling staff of the hotel. In our situation, we have to check into three different rooms. We were received by the hotel reception worker Zulfiya. The girl assessed our situation very competently and made the right decision. We were offered a villa on the first coastline, without additional financial investments. So our wonderful vacation has come to an end. We are extremely grateful to Zulfiya. I liked everything: check-in, greeted with champagne, natural chocolate and playing the piano. The room stock is diverse: we lived on the ground floor of two-storey houses with access to our terrace. Our friends lived in a house with access to the pool. All rooms are pleasant, equipped with everything you need and even more: a coffee machine in the room, bathrobes, luxury cosmetics, branded slippers. The mini bar in the form of beer, water, lemonade, cream, chips, chocolate and coffee capsules were replenished daily.
The hotel itself is huge, beautiful, you can walk and even get tired). Starbucks coffee shop with desserts, grilled shrimp, bars with imported drinks (not local drinkers!) freely available throughout the day.
I would like to mention the buffet separately: everything was very tasty, always varied, there were also delicacies, freshly squeezed juice, noble cheeses and much more.
In the evening, there was no time to be bored (artists, dancers, acrobats, live vocals).

Not straight, wow, just a normal hotel on the level. Something is a plus - food, rooms, a large territory, something is a minus - a disastrous beach, ugly sand mixed with large and small stones, the sun never shines on it, it already rises from the side and sits flat behind, creepy sunbeds, spontaneously standing. There are a lot of children, for some a plus, for some a minus, but again, consider that there is no beach, it is very inconvenient for children.
We have just returned, vacationed with our wife and child from October 19 to 28, 2024.

-Standard rooms are shabby, they are poorly cleaned. The balcony is dusty, always dirty feet.
-It is very difficult to protect yourself and children from tobacco smoke: in the rooms, on the beach, on the terrace near the restaurant - smoking is allowed everywhere, there are no special zones, of course, everyone smokes anywhere, not paying attention to children and remarks;
+There are sports grounds: lawn tennis, table tennis, volleyball, lapta.
- It's not easy to sign up for lawn tennis, the equipment is dead, the court is squeezed between two restaurants, in the afternoon there is a smoke screen from burning fat on coals, it's already bad;

Children are provided not only with a bed, but also a bath, a pot. A kids club and a water park, for all ages, and the animation is simply gorgeous.

On 24.10.24 we arrived from this hotel. There was no desire to return to it a second time. The only advantage is a large and beautiful territory. Because of the mountain, it gets dark early and cooler than in Antalya.
We arrived early in the morning, no one met us, no welcome table. The room was superior 2125 in the building where the central restaurant is. There is no view from it, but it was quiet. The main contingent still wears diapers), the central pool had the feeling that it was in kindergarten. To take a seat on the pier, you need to go there at 6 am. My husband went at 7. Everything was already occupied. Wi-Fi doesn't work there from the word at all. The dishes in the bars are all dirty, the glasses are stained, the tables are flooded. They carried it under the shower to wash it themselves... Waiter service is a separate story. There were a few normal ones, but most of them had unhappy faces so much that they did not want to take food or drinks from them. I decided to try the tortillas, so the two aunts who cook them looked at me so that I turned around and just left there. Personal assistants do not solve almost anything. On the second day, we decided to sign up for an Italian restaurant, and they tell us that everything is busy for the next week. When asked how this is possible, they replied that the restaurant is very small, and there are a lot of people who want to go to it. After telling them our thoughts, they wrote it down. No information about what is going on, what is available to us at the hotel-nothing, find out for yourself, it's called! If you have been to hotels like Voyage, Barut, etc., then you definitely are not here. Even Nirvana COSMOPOLITAN is much better in terms of service.

Rooms. I liked them. We lived in a very ordinary standard room. Clean, spacious, good cleaning, Loxitan cosmetics pleased, I love this brand. But, there are no elevators, the houses are three-storeyed, if you do not live on the 1st floor, then get ready for physical education. the load.
That was the end of the advantages for me. (But again, this is purely my purely subjective opinion) and further, my assessment is also based on the price-quality ratio, because in my opinion, the hotel is not cheap.
Meal. For me, eating under glass was a huge disadvantage. I asked for Brussels sprouts, they put 2 pieces on a huge empty plate, I asked for more - they put 1 more piece, but that was basically all I was going to eat. Well, somehow begging for a cabbage is not comme il faut. It seemed to me that, in principle, there was not much food, at first I thought that it was probably not enough, but of high quality, but in principle, nothing special. Surprisingly, sweets, even Turkish ones, are not particularly,
There were some delicious cakes, but I had to look for them right away. The most delicious for me were French fries, pasta, watermelons and pineapples. There are also fresh drinks in the morning, but this is the standard for Turkey in principle. Delicious shrimps are fried near the beach, but there is always a queue. But you won't stay hungry.
Beach. The biggest disappointment is the beach - cobblestones in the sea. Even where they seem to have been pulled out, you take 2 steps and step on a stone. It is possible to descend the stairs from the pier, but there are always a lot of people hanging on it, especially you have to wait for the ascent. And due to the fact that only in certain places it is possible to enter the sea, there is a crowding of people in these places. And the pier itself would somehow do well to have it painted already.
Until now, the cards on the towels are not a very convenient system. In general, lying on a sunbed and enjoying the scenery creates the feeling that you are on the beach in Gelendzhik.
Territory. Everything seems to be green, there are so many birds singing in the morning that it's like waking up in a zoo, but I didn't have enough rest areas when walking around this large area, there's not much place to sit down, only closer to the beach. The lawn has not been mowed for a long time, on the beach on the lawn you are just ankle deep in grass. In addition, there are somehow few areas with shade on the sun beds on the lawn.
We were also surprised by the cedar houses, which are not cheap (but look like a cottage in the country) and stand so close to each other that standard rooms are better for me.
