We decided to try the set of the republican gastrofest, the choice fell on the set of this institution. As follows from the description, the set represents the best traditions of Greek cuisine with elements of modern cooking. They took the takeaway. We came to the opening itself, but all the tables have already been booked. We ordered a set, and were offered to wait in upholstered chairs at the reception. We waited for about 20 minutes. We got home and started trying. The appetizer was a set of tartars: beef, salmon, herring with apple, smoked beetroot and pear with ricotta. All the tartars were on a pillow made of a crumb of Borodino bread. My favorite is pear and ricotta tartare, with beef in second place. Next was a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet peppers with a dressing in the form of shrimp oil. The salad was accompanied by Greek tortillas with Sirtaki mousse with mushrooms. We did not understand the tortillas, they are too hard, but the spread is delicious. The vegetables in the salad are delicious. Too much butter, for me. The main course was couscous with creamy lime sauce, yellowfin tuna and tiger shrimp in breadcrumbs. This dish went off with a bang. Lightly fried juicy tuna. The shrimp is crispy breaded, elastic and juicy inside. Creamy lime sauce complemented it all very well in combination with couscous. Soft creamy taste with refreshing notes of lime at 5+. For dessert: crispy walnut Kataifi with honey and passion fruit jelly in waffle combs. I didn't like Kataifi very much, for me, it was too hard on top. But it tastes good, something like Turkish baklava. But I liked the jelly very much, sour, sweet, very fruity and all in soft honeycombs. Very good. It's definitely worth trying the set before the gastrofest is over.

Nimbus definitely won my heart! Stylish atmosphere, very tasty hookahs, amazing cuisine and staff. He can retire to the VIP areas, watch TV and relax, or listen to live music in the common room. A place for a fun evening!

Terrible impressions of the staff and food! I ordered a pork steak, brought a dry, boiled piece of meat, lightly fried after. We ordered 2 cocktails, as a result, one is normal, the second is ice water (even the colors are completely different)! However, they agreed to redo the second one. Next, pasta with seafood, where mussels are not listed on the menu, was eventually brought with mussels. There are buttons in the rooms to call the waiter, we pressed 4 times and waited for him for 40 minutes, as a result, we went to look for the bill to be brought to us. THE FOOD IS NOT DELICIOUS, THEY SAVE ON COCKTAILS, YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR THE WAITER!

The food is relatively tasty, but with a surprise. And specifically with some kind of larva, for some reason even alive 🤔 After the discovery of this find, they turned to the waiter, who said that it was normal, it was okay, said no one died 🪦 If you do not take this nuance, then the food is so-so, the situation is beautiful, but there is no ventilation at all, let me remind you that the room is semi-basement, accordingly, from such a number of hookahs it is very stuffy, I have everything 😅

I've been to all the hookah bars in the city, there are definitely some of the best hookahs here. They delight with promotions and evenings with live music. On the downside, I would write that sometimes with an empty visible hall, you can not smoke a hookah, they explain the armor of the table... But sometimes you can do everything in time. But their hookah is worth the armor😉

I was in nimbus twice, the first time the bar was very impressed with the number of items on the menu and the variety, but when I went there the next time I was very disappointed that the menu was cut by 80-90%, there were very few snacks and the prices were high. The hookahs were good - they did not disappoint. It's a good place to smoke a hookah in good company, but in terms of snacks it turned out very sad.
