The company and I came for literally an hour to drink coffee and chat, the table was booked. We had an underage young man in our company, and no one warned us when booking that minors were strictly prohibited from entering your bar. Obviously, you can't drink coffee or eat dessert before the age of 18 in your bar, but where is any information about this? It is not indicated in your social networks, nor was it warned about this when booking a table by phone. We were not going to drink alcohol or smoke, and yet they refused to serve us, they even refused to let us in. And this is on a weekday with an empty hall. The receptionist said that I should have been warned at the time of booking that a minor could not pass, and she was not interested in why I was not warned, because she did not accept the booking order. Is this how you solve disputes? The staff bluntly declares "I'm not interested in this" and that's it, is the conversation over? Very polite and customer-oriented.
Please teach your staff polite communication and timely provision of information. If it is forbidden for minors to even come in for coffee, make a notification about it on your social networks and warn them before people had the temerity to come to your institution.

These areas are equipped very coolly - soft sofas, separate video and sound (thanks for not having to suffer under the hysteria and the sun of Monaco). As a rule, to drop a vipka, you need to promise to rest there for at least 250 rubles, but if the day is not a party, then you can without promises. The decoration is restrained and very tasty, expensive. The menu is compact, but organic and interesting, with the presence of molecular cuisine hitherto unseen in our latitudes. The staff, in my opinion, is ideal, something strictly in the middle between the guards of Elizabeth the 2nd and her own mother - attentive just enough not to strain and very professional. The price tag for the average man in the street is a bit biting, but acceptable. The only thing that caused confusion was the supply of alcohol. When ordering one liter of something like sangria, we get a carafe 3/4 full of ice, and the drink itself takes up the free space. It seems like we received the promised liter, but with reservations. Then we ordered whiskey, served it immediately in a decanter. That is, it is not possible to make sure that I drink exactly what I ordered. (I would hardly distinguish a whiskey for 30 from a whiskey for 180, so in this case we can only hope for the honesty of the institution). The overall impression is very good, this is really the place where you can relax and unwind. And taking into account the general state of the Belarusian service, it is probably the best in the city.

We visited this institution as part of the republican Gastrofest, we chose for a long time, we wanted to spend time with our parents, inviting them to lunch. But, unfortunately, we regretted the choice a little. At first, the interior shows what was done with a claim to originality and style, but it turned out to be somehow boring and not very cozy. I liked the idea of enclosed spaces, but, alas, we were seated in the common room at an ordinary table. There are no complaints about the sofas, they are comfortable, but they stand very far from the tables, as a result, I had to sit on the very edge all evening. I would like a different light, warmer, and not so deathly pale, but this is probably the "style" of the institution. Further "surprises" awaited us. We arrived on Sunday at lunch, and only one type of beer remained from the already poor beer list. Mom wanted to choose tea, but there was only one kind of tea left, there was nothing to choose from. The waiter explained this by saying that on Saturday "everyone drank." In the kitchen, let's start, perhaps, with the pros. The ribs were really tender, falling off the bone. It is clear that they were tormented for a long time, although they were quite fat in themselves. But there was not enough glaze and spices, it could have been made more interesting. Potatoes with exquisite sauce and bacon turned out to be just potatoes with mayonnaise, there were a couple of crumbs of bacon, apparently the sauce and bacon were also eaten on Saturday. Just like they ate cream ice cream, because chocolate was served with the strudel. The strudel itself was good, but the ice cream moment was a little frustrating. Liver salad and champignons were nothing at all. The salad is just a dryish liver with pieces of lettuce leaves and slices of sour orange, slightly sprinkled with the same orange. They forgot to add salt to the mushrooms, I didn't feel the taste of any filling at all, even cheese, but they looked so appetizing in the photo. In general, I concluded that the establishment is most likely focused more on hookah lovers than on lovers of delicious food. We do not smoke hookahs, but next time we will probably go to another place to eat and drink beer.
