A non-Russian-speaking seller can deceive, they tried to sell cotton pads for 70 liras (he said it was worth 7 liras, when he handed him 100 liras, he handed over 30 liras and already said that they cost not 7 but 70 liras). In the store across the intersection, they are sold for 20 lire, if you look for them, they will be even cheaper.
