Not only is the site informative, with high-quality photos and descriptions, but also the staff are competent and knowledgeable in their work, and this applies to everyone who was involved in fulfilling my order for a kitchen set. There are no questions at all about the company. Quality, design, service, that's what's here.
I applied to this company on March 3, 21 to count the kitchen, nursery and cupboards. Designer Camilla is only on the 12th (after 9!!!days) I wrote the cost of the kitchen 8590 rubles and only because I was constantly pulling it. She did not count the rest of the furniture, invited me to the office to look at the picture and choose materials, although the picture was dropped to her, and the materials and fittings were clearly prescribed by me. I was out of town, I came on March 23rd for a couple of days, but she couldn't meet me. Okay, it happens. The next attempt at a meeting was on April 5th, but the designer was also very busy and we couldn't arrange a meeting at the office for a week!!
The cost of the kitchen suited me, we came to the office with my husband, Camilla showed a picture of the kitchen (by the way, nothing has changed from my sketch, except for 1 drawer above the refrigerator), but the cost has changed very much... from 8590p, it has grown to almost 11,000 rubles! She didn't have any more visualizations, although I asked for a maximum of 10 April to prepare all the pictures (kitchen, children's room and 2 closets).
According to my sketches, she estimated the cost of the cabinets. She said about the furniture in the nursery that she would draw it in the next few days and send it. On April 16, I reminded her, and silence answered. It was not very urgent for us, so 100,000 times I did not write to her and remind her, but it became clear that the person was not very interested.
After almost 2 months from the last reminder (June 7), I write to her again about the sketch of the nursery. Naturally, she replied that it was ready, but I had to wait a few more days for it, as well as the cost of the nursery (June 9). A similar nursery on their Instagram cost about 1,000, she counted 1,450 of ours. Please note, the lure in the cost!!!
While she was drawing a sketch of the children's room, the cost of materials increased and the kitchen went up by about 6%, a trifle, of course, but unpleasant.
We needed installation and delivery in another city. This issue could not be resolved with Camille. Somewhere on the 16th (+-) we talked with the head of production or director Alexander. On June 22, all the points were agreed with him, but he asked Camille to recalculate the cost of all the furniture. It was before lunch. After lunch, I reminded her again. And she reminded me the next day (June 23rd), in response, 'I'll try.' To this day (July 21), she believes...

Strange cli-orientation!! For my money, I have to call, ask and beg to count... Somehow it seems to me that a designer should be interested in selling her product. It's the opposite here. At the stage where we haven't even paid the money, no one is interested. And what's next? Pay and run after them... Think before contacting this designer and, as a result, the company!!!
