A super place for a beach holiday! On hot days, I really wanted to swim, and spend time in the sun. There were no outdoor pools in Mogilev, after some searches Google gave out the Nikolaev Ponds, we decided to go (there were 2 adults and a niece). It was very hot that day, the parking lot was almost full, but there were no problems leaving the car, besides parking there is still enough space in the surrounding area. The beach itself is free, I will not say that it is very large, but there was enough space for everyone, we settled down not on the sand, but a little further away, on the grass. Everything is clean, there are urns, there is a place to change clothes, as well as rental of air mattresses, circles, etc., which is very convenient, because there is no circle of his own, and the child wanted to swim with a circle. There is a volleyball court for outdoor enthusiasts, so there is also something for a large company to do here. The entrance to the water is smooth, but in one place there is an iron pipe sticking out, which, of course, is very difficult, especially with children who actively play there, I had to be on guard all the time and make sure that I myself did not fall over. There was also enough room for everyone in the water, despite the fact that there were many people, but there was no desire to swim, hide, run away from splashing and screaming children, it was moderately noisy, in general, comfortable. We took a ride on a catamaran. The very condition of the catamarans leaves much to be desired, but it was inexpensive and in the end, nothing happened to us, although it was difficult to manage due to the fact that it was already junk)))) There is a restaurant nearby, the waiters are pleasant, friendly, the chefs cook well, but the choice, alas, is too small, I would say the prices are average or slightly above average. Before leaving, we walked around the territory, looked at what we had. It is quite beautiful, neat, and cultured. It's a pity the fountain is not functioning, it would be fine at all. While this is the best free place for swimming, we will definitely come!

A large and beautifully maintained territory. There are many cool gazebos with barbecues and stoves (paid). A clean pond. There is an on-site restaurant, chapel, USSR museum, go-karting, rental, playground and much more. And of course, you can rent a house or a hotel room and have a great time!

The territory is beautiful, there are many locations, an interesting museum of the USSR, but all this is falling into disrepair, it is clear that no one is watching and putting in order what needs to be updated (broken lanterns, peeling sculptures, structures requiring painting), the order in the rooms leaves much to be desired.
The service is also lame.
In summer, you will not be able to spend a quiet and peaceful time here!according to the law, you can only make noise until 23.00, but in fact they will shout and listen to music under your windows until one o'clock in the morning, and no reaction from the administration until the police intervene.
The restaurant has the same level of service, the website says that you can dine on the ship, but as a result they say that the table is not served on the ship, only for takeaway. You take it to the takeaway and ask just to wipe the table of traces of bird activity and other dirt, in response - discontent and a dispute between the staff who will wipe.
It is clear that the price of living in this place is low, but this does not mean that there should be such a disregard for everything.

It's just a wonderful place! Nature is of extraordinary beauty - hills, fields, meadows, ponds with clean water! The artist Nikolai Vasilyevich Nevrev worked and lived here in his last years! His house museum is located on the territory of the tour complex! His grave is here! The territory is large and well maintained! Lots of flowers, various sculptures, gazebos and bridges! You can rent a cottage or a hotel room!

A place for couples 45 years plus. The living conditions leave much to be desired. The houses are old, there are a lot of flies. The beds are unbearably creaky. I do not recommend it for young companies.
There is a sauna on the territory on the shore of the pond, in which there is no toilet, there is not enough spirit, no matter how you throw firewood. There are fishing and go-karting items on the site in the entertainment column, neither of which is there.

We had a rest in July for a whole week in the cabin. There are a lot of flies in the house, no Velcro, the frying pan is scratched, I advise you to take your frying pan, pan, spoon, knife, sponges, no scoop, no broom, walk on the dirty floor and sand all week, since cleaning is not carried out. A lot of services and entertainment are prescribed, in fact, only billiards and catamarans, which are barely alive, work. By the end of the week, the food ran out, they wanted to eat at the restaurant (the only place in the entire territory with food), but it was closed for special maintenance. They walked barefoot, as if they had never cleaned there in their lives. There were no paper towels in the toilet. Rather, there was only a tube and the last flap. There's dust all around. We were here on New Year's Eve, from the 31st to the 3rd. We lived in the 2nd building of the Lada hotel. The first night it was heated so that there was nothing to breathe. On the first of the day, some of the guests left and the heating abruptly stopped, the remaining nights they slept in sweaters.
When booking a billiard table, they reported that the room was not heated after payment, they played in jackets.
The bathhouse was flooded, apparently, a few minutes before our arrival, and we did not manage to steam properly. Well, compared to the temperature in the room, at least we warmed up a little.
There is no desire to return there because of this attitude towards the guests. In summer, it is probably much more pleasant to relax there. The territory is large, fresh air, a vast pond nearby and all kinds of entertainment attached to it. There are many wonderful statues that are funny to be photographed with. It is suitable for summer holidays with children (this is just my guess, I do not have children), there is a playground.
There are no complaints about the room, only in the shower sometimes the water spontaneously changes temperature.
We ate at a local restaurant, the food is edible, but people with gastritis may not like the amount of mayonnaise and butter in some dishes.

Well, in the evening, kebabs, however, to fry for a barbecue or a gazebo with a barbecue, you need to pay, plus that you will be alone and you can comfortably settle down. We were on weekdays and until Saturday. A lot of people came by on Friday, either a wedding or an anniversary, and the place became more lively, even all the lights were on, there is no such thing on weekdays.
In general, the place is good, the idea is interesting, but the service and services need to be brought to mind.
