The service of the administrative staff is terrible. We were with your family on 08/26/2021, and the record was 1.5 hours in advance, even for children's haircuts. We arrived on time, they immediately said that we need to cut the hair of the children of 2 and 3 years old first so that they would not be nervous, and then my husband and I, because the youngest daughter was scared and cried. The husband and the eldest daughter began to cut their hair, the younger daughter calmed down while watching her sister being cut. The children planned to trim their bangs and trim the tips, the eldest daughter was cut literally for 3-5 minutes. After finishing the haircut, the receptionist ran up and said that the chair needed to be vacated. The master hairdresser asked them to wait a bit to cut her younger daughter's hair, but the receptionist said NO! As a result, we were sent to wait on the couch, the youngest daughter sat offended that her sister had a haircut, but she was not. Our foreman arrived late, the receptionist sent me for a haircut, said she would look after the children. But it turned out that the administrator sent her youngest daughter for a haircut, she naturally burst into tears, without mom and without dad she did not go anywhere. I had to take the child in my arms and calm him down again, me and the child were left without a haircut. What kind of person should you be to offend and refuse a 3-minute haircut to a small child. I'm just shocked, not only does the administrator have no professional qualities, but also no human ones. There is no customer orientation and logic. We were passing through, we are going from Nur Sultan to Tyumen. Not only did they agree to wait 1.5 hours for a baby haircut, but then they kicked the child out of the chair and told them to wait again!It just doesn't fit in my head. I've never seen a more terrible attitude towards customers in my life. Neither I nor my friends will come to you from Russia anymore. There are no questions for hairdressers, they work perfectly. Please take action and inform the administrator that it is wrong to behave like this!
