I was lucky enough to get to them for blonde coloring on August 4, 2023, until that day I was a regular customer of this "salon" and used other services....To say that I was left horrified and upset is not enough to say, my hair was burned off (I have a short pixie haircut) I left covered in uneven coloring, there were just big spots on my hair...in short, I will never forget that Saturday day, I always trust beauty salons, especially those that position themselves as a salon, not a hairdresser...but I paid another 180 rubles for this service!!!!! For ruining my hair , and unevenly dyed it !!! After leaving this salon, I attracted quite a lot of attention to my person and head from people who just walked and did not hide their emotions!!!! I ran into the first ordinary barbershop I came across, and fortunately I had a tinting and haircut done in an ORDINARY BARBERSHOP, thereby correcting this horror somehow, and naturally I paid extra for it... Despite the fact that I have a short haircut and my hair was damaged and ruined, it took me 3 months to wait for my hair to grow back and for me to get a normal haircut and coloring.... The salon was aware of my indignation on the same day, but I was told: we will discuss with the management and contact you and we will refund your money, but today is March 14, 2024, and unfortunately the salon has not yet been contacted.... Therefore, those who want to do coloring there, especially blonde, think about whether you should take such a risk....
