Slight dissatisfaction began to appear after about a year of using this service after the delivery time began to increase, from, for example, guaranteed 2 days to 8-10... Tell me, why write a delivery time of 2.3 or 4 days if you yourself know that you will not deliver at the specified time? Write immediately for 30 days and I will know what is better to order elsewhere or go to the market, still I will spend less time than with you. Well, now they have already started adding a "guaranteed" date to the status table, along with the "planned" one, but even then, sometimes there are delays here. The second stumbling block was the "impossibility" of supplying small parts that cost less than a dollar, without prepayment... and this is provided that in the above-mentioned closed store, with my previous orders, I was already considered a verified customer. It so happened that there was no money on the card. I had to go to their office to pay a fee of 1 ruble... GAME! Well, okay, I've come to terms with that, but it's still convenient to order and pick up everything at once in a bunch in one place. You wait for the SMS on the last "position" and you can go right away. It has always been so. Even at the very beginning of using this service, I asked the manager a question: "what does the mysterious phrase "arrived at the Minsk CA" mean? The manager's answer was simple - so you can come and pick it up. Today (09/12/18) I received an SMS with a standard text saying that everything had arrived. I was just nearby, I stopped by (well, nearby, the concept is relative in comparison with my usual "stretches" here, however, both time and fuel are still being spent), and they tell me there is still no, come tomorrow. And when I asked about the SMS, I was answered: "Well, that's right, it came to the warehouse, it means you can pick it up tomorrow.".. Pzts! Did I have to open my third eye to guess that they were like this now? Why do I need information that everything came, but in fact it did not come?! What kind of service? For me, such moments are very important because I value my time. And here... What is the attitude towards the client? Well, yes, the annual profit from me does not amount to a large amount, but it cannot be called small either. In short, a tip for those who think to use the services of Nikey.by or not, if your time is not precious to you and there is no urgent need for spare parts, please contact us. I definitely will not use this service anymore and I will not recommend it for sure!
