They refused to apply for tax free, saying they don't have it. But I don't agree with the comments about the service. I went to the 0 floor, the girls picked up the size in a couple of minutes. On the 1st floor, too, 2-3 minutes and brought new sealed shoes. Maybe it all depends on the model.
