Yesterday I had my hair cut at the barbershop at 7 Knorina Street and paid 45p. I was surprised, of course, but I was confused and paid. It wasn't bad, but I could have done it twice for the money. The price list on the website costs 17-27p. a woman's haircut, the cost was not announced, the receipt was not issued. I could have not paid at all. Keep in mind - don't pay.
