If there was an opportunity, I would put 0 stars. 1 star for a polite young man who works there. If you check in in the morning / evening, then at the reception you will be met by a man who cannot talk and greet normally, cannot solve the problem with which he is being addressed, cannot answer normally and pretends that you are simply not there. When I asked for an extra blanket because it was cold, I told them to turn on the air conditioner, when I said that it didn't work once again, I just shrugged my shoulders 🤷🏻♀️
The most interesting thing started on the second day, I noticed the bites on myself, told this person at the reception, a man came and examined the bed, said that everything was fine and that they would change the bed linen. As a result, the night before the flight, I still found a BUG that was eating me, maybe he's not the only one ... that night I was moved to spend the night in another room. In the morning, this person from the reception desk shrugged his shoulders at my questions about how and what they were going to do once again🤷♂️
If you finally want to have a spoiled vacation and take a bunch of tests for bedbug bites, then be sure to stay at this hotel
