This was the first experience of going to a Michelin restaurant. Spoiler Alert: it was worth all the money paid (350€). Dinner in such a restaurant cannot be perceived as an ordinary meal, it is an event filled with new emotions, sensations and experiences. We ordered a full 10-course menu without wine accompaniment. Amusbush, three appetizers, two main courses and a sorbet in between, three desserts. There is a highlight in every dish - somewhere it is an unusual combination of flavors, somewhere the perfect preparation of the dish. The fish was delicious, there are complaints about the meat, but only against the background of the rest. The service corresponds to the level of the restaurant, the presentation of each dish was accompanied by an oral description and recommendation of how to eat it. We thank the staff and the chef for this evening.
