A nice medium-sized hotel with a swimming pool. The staff is the best and attentive. Very clean. The vacationers are being looked after. Special thanks to Nino and Maya. The hosts are very hospitable.

Delicious and varied breakfasts for every taste, an excellent restaurant at affordable prices, where you can order dinner and lunch. Very friendly and hospitable hosts, friendly staff. Perhaps one of the best hotels in Kobuleti in terms of affordable price and quality of service.

Clean, very beautiful, the whole area is perfectly maintained. Near the sea, 5 minutes walk. There is a swimming pool on site, ideal for the evening. The room is cleaned every 3 days. A variety of breakfasts. You can also order food from them until 23.30, good cuisine, wine. The hotel has booked excursions, it's worth a look. Linen is washed for 10 lari. You can use the iron for free. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is good. The territory is well maintained, clean. There is a gorgeous swimming pool on site. We had a rest in August, 4 minutes to the sea. Breakfast is included, quite varied and delicious. Administrator Nino, a wonderful woman, will always listen and tell you. The food in the cafe is very tasty, the portions are very large and at an affordable price. To the Dato cook, bravo! The girls at the cafe, Evgenia and Irina, are very friendly! The owner of Shoren, always wondered if everything was all right, attentive! I recommend the NICA hotel for a family holiday!

Nice hotel. We had a rest in early July 2022. The hosts are hospitable, the restaurant in the hotel is excellent, we liked everything we tried, the rooms are nice, clean, it is clear that the renovation was not so long ago. 3 minutes walk to the sea. If you need to buy something, the shops are all nearby. This time we didn't have time to see everything because of the rains, we think we'll come back here again.
I recommend it to everyone who wants a good and inexpensive vacation!

A wonderful hotel! Well-groomed territory with flowers . Nice rooms. Clear. Nice beds and linen. Wonderful breakfasts!! There is a swimming pool. Very clean! Beautiful barbecue area. There is parking for cars. Location near the sea. Good access to the beach. We came from Omsk. The staff is very friendly. We'll come again!!

We had a rest from 07/16/12 to 07/24/12. I liked the location and the cafe in the hotel (cheap and delicious). Breakfast is included. Change towels, cleaning the room - on request. The balcony door wouldn't close. The air conditioner was working very noisily. Laundry at the hotel is paid (10 -15 GEL). They wash sooo badly. It feels like they are washing without powder. There is a constant smell of dampness in the room. Pillows in black mold.

Order, cleanliness, very tasty cuisine, inexpensive rooms. They were at the end of June 2022. A room for 2 adults and 3 children in rubles was 2,900 rubles per day. A buffet breakfast is included. We had dinner right there (ordered 3 hours in advance). They will cook anything and it is very tasty

We booked a room through Booking. We were passing through, we needed a room for one night.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the hostess refused to check us in (for one night), it is not profitable for her. a heavy downpour began and, roughly speaking, at 8 p.m., in heavy rain, my husband and I were put out the door. To our words about booking on Booking, the hostess said "that the type of hotel is not working with this service now", of course, this is all pure lies. That's the kind of hospitality. Put people out in the evening in a downpour. This is the first time I've seen such rudeness.
